LRT station within walking distance, easily accessible to food and shopping, fully equipped kitchen and dining facilities, very clean, responsive staff, and ease of checking in and out. It helped that I am a repeat customer and my data was already in the system.

Bathroom shower head (broken) and mirror (not functional due to silver layer peeling off) need to be replaced. Nightstands are too low for the bed and pose danger of twisting ones waist or falling off the bed.

first of all, the owner is very nice, he answer all my question very fast, the house is very big and cozy, we have so many space, the location is strategic, literally in front of the mall, the security is good too

1)the shower(the water takes time to go down when you shower) 2) lack of mirror, because we went as a group,and when we want to get ready,there's only one mirror, sinced the house is big I suggest the owner to put one mirror on the wall. 3) very dirty iron, maybe the past visitors burnt the iron but the owner never clean and just let it like that,so when we want to iron white shirt we have to becareful incase the iron left black marks on the shirt 4) there's only one pan,so we have to cook multiple time

I booked this at last minute it get contact quite fast but nobody pick up phone instead of reply watssup. 🤔 The unit was clean, spacious, facilities are new. Window with good view and fans, aircon worked well. Happy to stay there.

If can pick up phone instead of replying by watssup.becauae we just click contact host in booking platform. But after more than 10 calls there was nobody pick up for our check in procedure. At the end it reply by watssup.

The location near MRT station at walking distance Food court nearby Mall nearby Room is clean and comfy

There was no vandalation fan in the toilet/ bathroom that caused the entire bathroom humid and very, very smelly. Even the odour away spray can not settle the issue. The clothes hanger in the bathroom was terrible loose, and the rod came out. Caused trouble when wants to hang clothes or towel. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was very, very noisy

Location is nice, just the opposite is the Shopping mall which is so easy to access. Near the food court of the Mall.Got Star Bucks which is my Favorite place to have a cup of Coffee..Highly recommended to all..

If they have there own Parking space with a roof.... They only provide one key per unit,which is quite trouble some,since I went down stairs to have a quick grocery,and my friend want to come down and meet her daughter..I need to faster go up and fetch her,due to we have only one keys.

The space is huge. The location is closer to the metro, just few minutes of walk. Downstair you can shop for groceries, eatery etc or even enjoy coffee and chill. Stayed here for 3 nights, we were comfortable and feels like home

The room is not really soundproof, the noise from metro nearby can be clearly heared from the stay

Cozy, clean, and big room. Peace and quiet environment. All the nessasary things are provided. Easy access into Da Men mall. Friendly security guard. Easy and clear instructions for check-in and check out.

The aircond could be better. It is better if we can get some kind of free parking, because the only nearest parking to access into the building is valet parking. If we park inside the mall, we need to walk a bit to reach the building entrance. It will be better to have a vacumm for easy cleaning after stay :)

Basically everything is there. Damen Mall provides almost all necessities including food. My family and I dont have to travel far looking for food because Food Arcade in Damen Mall got us covered.

There is an abandoned building which is still under construction nearby. It looks messy and not a good view to look from floor 19.

Like the location. No traffic noise. Plentiful food choices in mall. Cleanliness.

If there are penalty fees for missing items then Items in the unit need to be listed properly before guests check in to avoid misunderstandings. For a family-type of lodging it would be good to have laundry facility.

Very near to LRT & BRT station... Good for travelers who are not driving...

If you are driving, peak hour traffic is a nightmare. No private parking available... Park with valet... However you are allowed to enter & exit with single payment
