The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I liked that the location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants. The check-in process was smooth and fast, which made everything easier.

The sink was leaking which made it a bit inconvenient. The bathroom could be maintained better to avoid this kind of issue. It would also be nicer if there were more amenities like bottled water in the room.

Nice Hotel.

Perfect choice for those who need a place to stay for a night during outstation. It was nice and cozy. They provide towels, shower gel and shampoo. Reminder to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The water heater works well. The room also comes with a fan and aircond at the same time so you can just adjust the room temperature to suit your preference. Last but not least, the receptionist in charge for both shifts was really helpful and friendly

Except for the unpleasant smell from the bathroom. Also I found out the aircond was leaking throughout the night. Other than that, I had a great time staying here

clean room & toilet. enough facilities for your convenience. they provide all the basics stuff including water filter, public pantry, parking, wifi, towel toiletries etc, tv, aircond, water heater. towel smells so good. pretty good for this price

bed was okay for short stay, not for long stay. sink was a bit high for someone short. but it's still manageable.

didn’t informed earlier that my room have connecting door to another room. discover myself the door & thought it was locked on the other side. turns out the people from another room can open the door….asked the staff to lock it. she just asked me to do it myself but later she come to my room and locked it. didn’t even say sorry or offer me to change another room…overall the stay was ok..

The room are comfortable and clean. Really suitable for short stay. The staff also very nice, friendly and tolerable. Maybe will repeat staying at this hotel. Recommended to others 👍🏻

The wall are not sound proof. Can hear other room chatting and making sound.

the wall is a bit thin, when we were having shower for Subuh prayer I can actually hear the next door neighbour pissed off at us for the water sounds as if we are bothering him sleeping.

Easy parking, friendly staff, the room quite big, clean. The most important is they collaborate with JAIS so for young married couple if you want checkin you require to show the evidence that you guys are husband and wife.

The toilet sometimes smelly (maybe it come from the toilet bowl)
