1. The staff, particularly the male receptionist I interacted with the most during the day, and the housekeeper, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. 2. One feature I really appreciated was the drinking water dispenser—perfect for making hot drinks. Plus, there was a kettle in the room. 3. The bed was comfy, with spotless bedsheets, and the bathroom was fully functional, with no issues whatsoever. 4. The location was also very convenient, with plenty of small and medium-sized supermarkets, laundries, tailors, and affordable restaurants all within walking distance.

Perhaps an effort about the cleaning would be helpful: they tend to only clean the immediately visible surfaces. Otherwise, I can't think of any negative sides, really!

- Near to the mall (Sunway pyramid, Paradigm mall), shop, restaurants. - Lots of public parking (even during the office hour still have plenty of parking) - I booking for a big room, unexpectedly its really big enough for my baby to walk around (± the same as the picture in description.) - Near with laundry port. - Recommended for a stay with a family. - Provided with kiblat sign.

- I stay in room near the lift, and the iron provided located at the back of the level, its far from my room and i feel scared to go alone (i suggest the iron will be located near the lift same as the coway for more convenience and easier to find) - The bathroom a little bit mouldy on the floor but i understand such dirt need to go for deep cleaning instead of usual cleaning. - A bit confusing with the aircond since i on 23-24c temperature, the compressor stop a bit longer & the room feel warm. I need to go with the lowest temperature 16c and the compressor not stopping long enough & functioning well. Its just the room will be too cold since i got a baby with me.

Read some bad reviews but luckily ours are fine enough. All goes smooth. Even they take half of deposit because we had short of cash. Would repeat again in future

Didn't find any iron tools anywhere, we didn't ask also as we are in hurry and looking in last minute.

The receptionists are courteous, the room is large and beautiful and affordable at a discounted price with promotion.

The check out time was rather early as we checked in later around 7pm if the check out time could be extended would be Perfect 🙂.

Location is good & strategic..easy to find halal food stall & supermarket..fair price & room is clean and comfortable..

Water pressure for shower too slow..

Near to BRT Sunway Mentari , many convenient store nearby, laundry , coffee shop and etc. Affordable price and friendly staff is my top two reasons to stay if i visit PJ again.

our neighbour next door are too loud at the corridor, i was trying to sleep on that time and another thing is the receptionist that i met during check in, can he smile a little bit with customer ?
