The location near towers was very good and not far walk to old part of city. The room was large comfortable and clean, only downside I did not have bedside table. There was a very good Malaysian restaurant in shopping centre near towers, madam kwais really tasty, also orchid next door to hotel

No hot water either day we stayed, three times I had cold shower, so not good. But all else fine

Pros: The rooms were great value, super modern, clean and had amazing views. The rooftop pool and gym are insane, with incredible views especially at sunset. The shop on the ground floor is very useful for getting drinks and snacks. The WiFi is strong, and in-room you can even order coffee from the ground floor cafe to be delivered to your room which is lovely! Felt very secure, and the location just 5 minutes from KLCC was excellent.

Cons: The lift problem that everyone mentioned is true, there are only four lifts for 48 floors meaning you have to wait a long time for them, but honestly it's too late to change now and it wasn't too bad during our stay. The staff are nice but check-in was a nightmare as there were so many people, however, for any other issues during your stay they respond fast via WhatsApp. The pool often ran out of pool towels but we just brought some from our room. The downstairs shop should also be restocked more often as they ran out of basics like water. Also be warned that rooms/studios have interconnecting doors - they are completely locked, but sometimes you can hear *things* from the adjoining room.

I like the location and the facilities

We arrived there and the staff at the reception were RUDE. Like REALLY RUDE. They just pointed where we should get our key cards. They didnt even help me to find it. And there was this door before the elevator which needed the keycard, the guy even laughed at us cause we didnt know it. There was no explanation even at first. Everything was okay except for the staff.

The room was spacious and clean. The view of the city at night was amazing. Couldn't use the indoor sky pool because it was raining but still went to get a view. The utilities in the room was so helpful. Had a great movie time with Netflix. I will book again the same unit.Not to forget, the owner welcome our stay with mandarin oranges. That was nice.

The check in took approximately an hour. Need to solve this issue.

We really liked the location, within walking distance of the Petronas Towers, restaurants and cafes, supermarkets. The room had everything you need for living, there was a washing machine, an extension cord with an adapter for a European plug. But we had our own adapter. The room had 2 beds, almost double, so we easily accommodated a family with two children. Perhaps this information will be useful to someone, in the shower for hot water, you need to turn it on first on the light switch.

We had an early arrival at 8am and had to wait until 3pm to check in. Due to the strict rules for checking in at 3pm, there was a crowd of people in the lobby. But there is an option to leave your luggage for a fee and go for a walk around the city, which is what we did. There are only 4 elevators for 47 floors in the building, so they were always full. We stayed on the 12th floor, so the elevators going down were always full of people. There was a sewer smell in the room, most likely this is a problem with the whole building, since in some places on the street it was the same. It was not possible to open the windows, most likely for safety reasons.

Polite and attentive reception staff. Accessible location, near Petronas Twin Towers. The room is a good value for money, spacious and clean. Nice city view from our room.

Housekeeping staff seemed to forgot twice (Upon arrival and after they makeup our room for the 3rd day) that there are 4 persons staying in our room. They only provided amenities for 3, but everything was resolved when I reached out to Reception and requested for an extra set for both times. Housekeeping staff needs to take note how many people are staying in a room and make sure it has complete amenities before releasing a room. This is not an issue since it was rectified immediately, but it could've been prevented. If you want to have a meal and you don't want to go outside the building, you have no options because their restaurant is not operational when we stayed there.

I really appreciated the excellent location of Scarletz, which made it easy to access key attractions. The view was stunning, especially from the higher floors. The fitness room was well-equipped, and the pool area was very pleasant ,perfect for relaxing after a long day.

The elevators are often overcrowded, and I spent a lot of time waiting. • Housekeeping is only done upon request, which I found inconvenient. • the towel changes only happen if you specifically ask for room cleaning, which is not ideal.

The lift is crazy packed!!! Not possible to service the whole building of 48 level with just 4 lifts and stopping at every single level During the peak hrs like 10am-12pm, u need to wait at least 20mins to get into the lift and another 5 mins to get down to the ground level. During the night peak time (9-10pm) it's also crazy packed! There are also many inconsiderate parents than doesn't fold up their children stroller when entering the lift and takes up more space when there's already very limited space

Good rooms and great location. Clean, tidy and facilities were brilliant.

Staff were not very friendly a smile would go a long way. And the elevators... Wow, the reviews were bad about these but you have to experience them. Plan 10-15min extra for these.
