It was nice that there were two rooms. I was able to cook food, and the water was warm.

The noise from the air conditioner was loud. It was difficult to find the parking lot for Tower 1 and Tower 2, and the residence said that the deposit would be paid again and returned 14 days after check-out. That was a bit strange.

The breakfast is served at level 69, a great spot and it would be a perfect start if they would serve breakfast. Unfortunately the service at breakfast is terrible. The staff does not clean tables that have been used. One morning we came and there was 1 family at one table and all other tables where with the used plates etc on. They cleaned a table for us however there was hardly anything to eat. That was at 10 and the breakfast is open till 12.30. The other days we have been taking breakfast outside. I have reported this to the reception and management would come back to me, however I have never heard back again.

The apartments themselves are very nice and perfectly located.

The automated check in system simply doesn't work. The front of house for the overall building are very frosty and unhelpful so suggest checking in during business hours when the star suites staff are available who are all very friendly.

facilities were amazing - washer and dryer, huge pool and gym with piped in music, rooftop view of klcc with a dip pool. comfy beds and can access your Netflix account on the tv.

reception closes by 7pm. check in instructions were not detailed to explain about full facilities and that the lift access only works for the left side panels. have to pay for parking.

It was a last-minute booking because the apartment we had originally reserved did not respond and we were forced to book a new room. The apartment had a reception, so we were able to coordinate everything there immediately, which was a nice option (only that place had a reception in the tower). The apartment itself was nice and well-equipped. We had two rooms; one was quite spacious with an incredibly large bed and the other had a standard double bed. The view from the apartment was amazing, and we had free access to two pools on the premises. As for minor points, the electrical outlets are different from European ones, but the host provided us with adapters immediately.

The security staff were very rude to my partner and I when we checked in. then when we were checking out early in the morning the security staff were having a physical fight outside. because if this it made us a bit nervous when leaving and entering the hotel.

Really nice apartment in a skyscraper we were at the 43A floor and the view from the rooms was fantastic , it gets even better when you get to the last floor. There are two pools at the last and 6th floor. The big pool is packed with people at the end of the day, but it is still very pleasant. Fantastic location and spacious apartment

We had breakfast included, but it was nothing special so if you have to pay, I suggest you either get a grab or go to the caffè at the 6th floor
