I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was super fast, and the staff were very attentive. The place was exceptionally clean, and the room was spacious and convenient, making it a comfortable stay. The housekeeping service was top-notch, and they even changed the bedsheets daily for free, which I greatly appreciated. Everything you need for cooking was provided, which made it easy to prepare meals. I also enjoyed the smart TV in the room for entertainment, and the bathtub was not only huge but also very clean, perfect for two people to relax comfortably. A special thanks to Zain, who assisted throughout my stay. His prompt responses and excellent services made a huge difference. The speed and quality of the service were impressive, and I truly appreciated his support. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I highly recommend this hotel for its great service and facilities!

Excellent location, close to the Petronas Towers and other key locations, such as the Pavilion Mall. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

I am not a great fan of living in high rise buildings. So even on the 23rd floor, going onto the balcony was challenging.

We had an amazing time here! The apartment was super clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The facilities were great, but what really stood out was the staff. They were incredibly responsive and always quick to help whenever we needed anything. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city and super close to the Petronas Towers. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting KL and would definitely stay here again!

They have a serious problem with security downstairs, they stranded me outside because I didn’t have a room number before checking in and then were rude and even threatening throughout the stay

Comfortable stay and convenient. I love how the owner took care of us checking everything was good. Even asked if we needed housekeeping for the next day. The apartment was spacious, everything was neat and cozy. We will definitely come back to this apartment. 10/10 for service, comfort and convenience

The construction opposite but I'm sure it will be done soon. 1 tiny thing, please ensure the pillow cases change. It had a bad smell. Luckily I brought the disposable casing

There was noise from upstairs unit, heaving foot steps and movement of what sounded like furniture from 8pm till 11pm. I messaged the host, who to their credit tried to help, even to make a complain with the guards. This was the only downside to a almost perfect place.

Regular cleaning keeps everything tidy, all appliances work perfectly, and the internet is fast and stable. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Most of what you might need is here. High ceiling and spacious unit. A quiet space. Unless you open the door or window. Then you might hear the hustling and bustling of KL. Smooth check in process and easy to interact with the person in charge. Clean place and no odd smell whatsoever.
