Unhappy receptionist, Talk about the front desk the old hijab women, not helping and talk like wana make some fight. Very rude. I paid the night. And the matress itchy.

Location and bed

There is a closed door between the units, which made the next-door unit keep knocking on the door. The side bed lump was not working.

Ridiculous deposit of RM300 ? Seriously? I booked for 2 rooms and need to fork out RM600 oh my

Among The best 5 Star Airbnb Hotel I’ve ever been enough to stay at. Gorgeous building with a beautiful Roof Top Sky Swimming Pool. High quality rooms (there was even a 50 inch TV with NETFLIX), and Kitchen for cooking. Property is clean and has a fantastic modern time charm. Bed comfort is better than expected. Location wise is very convenient to Bukit Bintang, Jalan Alor and KLCC Took advantage of the location to visit KLCC Tower, KL Tower and Pavilion Mall. It was also great with self check in services. Overall, it's a Perfect weekend stay in Kuala Lumpur and I had a great experience with the Scarletz Suite Residences Five Senses staff, they were incredibly helpful.

i think reception staff beacause i am a same hotelier but girl staff very rude if me ask some question girl give feedback like not good not soft spoken and about parking and enter the room not proper detail saya just firts come this hotel i dont know all about this hotel she just give me a key then ask about how to open the door but not detail i just going up and checkin me dont know how to open the door she not explain and will go down to reception and about parking saya terpaksa press button help and tanya management parking because of she justtalk go machine and take card and 5 ringgit pay this is not detail and verry confuse

Best place i stayed in Kuala Lampur so far, views were phenomenal, high floor, facilitirs include a gym cowork space and a rooftop amazing pool. Highly recommend

Elevators a bit slow and sometimes they glitch, ignoring the floor you pressed or ignore your floor while waiting for it. While living on a high floor it's a bit of nuance that it takes forever sometimes going down. But all in all amazing pick for holiday.

For this price, it's an affordable and worth for money place. The concierge staff is shared between many operator / Airbnb. Please mention Five Senses upon check in. Room wise all is good, it's better than what I saw in review. Facilities is amazing with a beautiful swimming pool. The host wasn't 24 hour response however at least the response was there whenever we need them. Overall I am happy for the stay. Keep it up!

The view, facilities, the price, the air-con, the cooking device etc

The service lift; even though there’s 4 lifts and you pressed the buttons several times, it won’t stop at the floor you are at. Waiting time can be > 15-30mins.. Imagine if one lift is on service maintenance.. + you have to understand how to unlock your room door with the high-tech door-knob terminal. Well, anything just contact the host. :)

I love the completeness of the place. Probably not as complete as hotels with toothbrush etc or mineral water , but the place is provided with water dispenser, extra pillow etc. the smell of the room was also nice.

I hate the lift system and how it is programmed. I literally have to wait for 20 minutes to go down. The trick is to go to the lift that was going up, then only u can do down.

The apartment had everything you needed, the rooftop is amazing and close to the city center. The staff was also helpful to extend my stay. Leaving a deposit is quite normal everywhere in KL. I don’t know why the property got so many bad reviews to be honest. I enjoyed my stay.
