The apartment really exceeded my expectations. Seamless check in process and they help me with arranging an airport transfer with a brilliant driver. The room is so spacious, plenty of natural light, fully equipped kitchen and silverware. I really appreciate the washer-dryer machine. I felt like at home and I didn't want to leave :-(

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The apartment is very close to large shopping complexes like pavilion, Avenue K , KLCC and many others. The amenities are great and work efficiently, e.g the washing machine, water dispenser, kettle etc. There is also a shopping mart in the building opened till 2.15 am which is great for when you arrive late from the airport and want a quick snack. Additionally, it has a great view of the city and a beautiful infinity pool!

Nothing! it was amazing.

It's very clean and comfortable. Good wifi speed. Near to Suria KLCC, 15 mins walk or 10 mins car ride. Kitchen equipped with utensils and there is Netflix and Amazon Prime if you plan to stay in.

Long waiting time for lift going downaa we went on a long weekend. Small things like no tissue in the living room and no place to hang towels in the bathroom.

The owner was very kind and welcoming. Warned me about the return of the deposit in case of early departure. The room was on the 44th floor. with a stunning view of the city and mountains. I noticed many complain about the adjoining rooms and poor sound insulation. But I have rented apartments from this owner twice and nothing like that happened. The room has everything for a comfortable stay. Hair dryer, iron, clothes dryer, water filter, full set of cutlery. Gorgeous pool, central location, minimarket right in the house. You can always have a snack, and the carrot cake was just great. I give 10 because I liked the owner's attitude to his guests

I got a very beautiful clean and organized fully equipped apartment with an amazing view on the skyscrapers The staff is nice and helpful The location is amazing you can walk to many of the city’s major attractions.

It s a large building with only two guest elevators.. The elevators are fast and can take you from the ground floor to the top very quickly, but there are too few for the size of the building and the number of guests.. If you plan to stay here, I recommend not choosing a higher floor; the view might be better but it can be complicated to access or leave your room due to the crowded elevators I once waited more than 40 minutes for an elevator, only to give up and climb down 45 floors using the stairs. On my way down, I saw other guests doing the same, struggling with their heavy luggage.

The place was amazing and clean. Had basically everything you need. The system was easy and we had a personal manager who was very nice to us. The pool had a cool view! There is a mini market downstairs for snacks. The location is super good.

The kitchen lacked of some essentials such as oil and cutting board. The mini market also did not sell oil or seasonings. The security guy on the pool floor was quite rude but we did not let it disturb us. The kitchen was a bit dark because there was not a big light. Those things do not disturb the experience though.

The property was very responseful. I made a reservation 10 minutes before midnight and the property answered promptly to help me out and have a place to stay. It was very clean and beautiful swimming pool.

Saw some little bugs in the washroom but went away, I guess there are some everywhere in Asia.

Loved the booking process, the ease to move in and move out. the store in the lobby was great! The gym and pool were such a great addition. I felt safe and would recommend it to anyone. This is such a great find and for my first time in KLCC the stay made it such a memorable experience!

One key card for 2 is not ideal. The all in one washer dryer was difficult to use. The elevators need a new system. As when it got busy it was difficult to leave our floor.

The room was modern in design and clean. TV was equipped with Netflix, Amazon and YouTube. 2 air condition unit provide plenty of cooling amid the hot weather. 10 min walk away from Suria KLCC and the Twin Towers. If you don't want to walk you always take a taxi. Washing Machine available inside the room allow for some light laundry. The induction stove and microwave also allow light cooking and reheating food.

The pool was smaller than expected, and the jacuzzi was rather cold than hot as the water flowed the same from the pool. The room was nice, but no bathtub in the shower was a slight letdown for the price of the room. The TV was finicky and slightly hard to operate at first but should be easy after some fondling. Although the app like Internet browser was not compatible with some website like twitch, maybe need to update the software.

It’s nice and modern . Pillows are comfortable

The freezer is smelly . The bottom of the bathroom cabinets has spider webs . Sofa is not comfortable at all .
