The facilities are absolutely brilliant! My room was flawless, aside from a pretty okay shower.

The lifts take a while but it's really not the end of the world, but the staff are rude! They don't care about the people that stay at the hotel. Housekeeping never came through my room in 4 nights. I asked for more toilet paper and the man at the reception said "my staff will bring you more" I hadn't even said my room number, so that was a blatant lie! This is a great hotel run poorly. To me this was worth booking since it's great value for money

The staff was very helpful. The first room I booked had many little flies/bugs. After telling the staff, they sent someone to spray room. When bugs still did not disappear, they quickly moved me into a new unit. The new apartment I was in was clean and had a great view of the city. The location is also good, close to nightlife. There is a really good restaurant a short distance away After One. They serve really good breakfast. The upstairs bar is nice as well.

The elevators. There are many people who book here, so it is always a long wait on the elevators during the morning and afternoon. Also, Grab does not offer bikes in KL, so be prepared to wait for Grab cars only. Which sometimes can take 15-20 minutes to arrive at hotel.

The comfort and the proximity to the Petronas Towers/KLCC. It’s true you cannot see the towers from the window but you’re to close that is exciting. A really good price for the view and facilities! There is a convenience store inside and building, pool and gym are really good too!

You need to wait a bit for elevators (it’s crowded in rush hour) and sometimes elevators are wet because people use them immediately after going to the pool. It is also important to arrive early or at night, if not you’ll wait!

Good ambiance, great designs, comfortable bed, clean and cozy. The location was amazing, within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and night street food markets. The location was near many eateries and convenience stores. Their service was excellent as I've contacted the host for some fixes and help here and there and their response is prompt

upgrade your pillow, please. that's all. seems like it has never been changed.

Very clean, modern building, super high floor, unexpected incredible views from my bed, well equipped kitchen (microwave!) with very useful dishwasher/dryer, quiet, great bed, very nice gym & pool, great coffe stall and convenience sgore at the lobby.

Won't accept credit card at the lobby, only cash

Quite a good location as it is within walking distance to KLCC/LRT station. Check-in process is easy. Rooms is clean. However, we had some issue with the TV so only get to watch youtube. Kindly ensure to replenish shower soap/shampoo before the next guest :-).

Great place! 1) Amazing view from the 42nd floor. 2) Nice design and cleanliness. 3) Perfect location. 10 minutes walk to Petronas. 4) Good Wi-Fi. 5) Good pool.
