The location of the property was great. The check-in process was also easy. The location was not far from the city center, so you could walk around. The outdoor swimming pool on the 51st floor was the most satisfying part.

However, the check-in process was a bit unfamiliar, and having to go up to the 33rd floor instead of checking in at the lobby was cumbersome. Additionally, since the front desk starts working at 7 a.m., customers who check in or check out early in the morning may have problems if they do not know about this in advance. We also need information on how many days room service is provided for check-in customers. During my 5 night stay, I received room service once. It would be better to provide travel guide services and information for customers who are traveling to Kuala Lumpur for the first time.

We absolutely loved this location. Everything was so very clean and comfortable. The unit had several amenities that should meet the needs of almost any traveler - clothes washer/dryer unit, dishwasher, stove, full fridge, iron, etc. It is beautifully decorated and laid out very well. It even has a nice balcony off of the bedroom - not fully enclosed, so you can actually enjoy it. It is also right beside the Crowne Plaza if you are looking for a buffet Breakfast/Brunch. Another great piece included in the stay is the rooftop gym and infinity pool. An absolute do not miss to see the surrounding area. The staff were also great throughout our stay. Thanks for a great couple of days before we left the city. I highly recommend this property.

Maybe include two towels per person - one for shower and one for pool.

The building is well maintained and centrally located within five to ten minutes walk to the nearest metro station and shopping mall. A few good restaurants are to be found nearby. The Apartment was spotless clean, bright and furniture was new and comfortable.

The staff is basically non responding. We stayed five days and no one came to empty the trash. We didn’t have enough towels nor toilet paper or mugs and plates, even though we repeatedly asked for more. We were charged 200 rm for early check in, even though we had agreed on 100 rm. No one had informed us that we had to leave 300 rm deposit in cash. While the place is really nice, the service isn’t as good.

The apartment was well equipped, located and comfortable! I took full advantage of the washing+drying machine so we packed only a few sets of clothing. The cookware set (silicone utensils, frying pan and sauce pan) made cooking easy and enjoyable! Large fridge with plenty of space for cold and frozen items. The A-Mart in front of the residence was well supplied! The residence is conveniently located just 15 min away on foot from KLCC and Avenue K mall.

Dormeo staff on site were polite, but they were not particularly welcoming or service-oriented. They were also not punctual. On my check-out day, another family was checking out and had been waiting since 8am. They were slightly upset because they were worried about missing their bus. My flight was at 12pm so I wasn't worried, but this could be bothersome for earlier flights, especially if we have to wait to get our deposit returned.

Room is spacious and comfy. Swimming pool is with amazing view !

Yr housekeeping entered twice without asking. 1st time entered when we were out. 2nd time entered when I was in but I didn't open for him. He looked shocked and tried to explained his manager gave him wrong unit number for check out. I m not sure what yr protocol when come to entering into occupied units. Where is the privacy and security for tenants ???? Yr team should exercise "Do not disturb" signage for tenant to select. Beside this issue, the bathtub cannot be used as dirty water are flowing out from its tap. Because of these 2 issues, you get an 9 score. If not, it will be a perfect 10.

The place is worth the money, the view in the sky deck is awesome , GYM opens at 6 , pool at 7, nice clean rooms with all the stuff you need, it is also walking distance from KLCC and bus and train station. Restaurant just few minutes work from the building.

I didn't like that you have to pay 10 MR for each towel that you will request, Customer service also needs to be requested if you wanted to clean the room. No coffee or tea refills, just 2 sachet and thats it you have to buy the next onees, they give 2 bottles of water though.

Everything. Especially the comfy comforters, the super nice bed, the view and its location. Everything. My 2nd child doesn't wanna go back home because he likes to live there haha.

The tiles in the bathroom. It's slippery when wet. Not enough space in the shower area where you can put the shampoo and soap. Keeps you opening the shower door to get what you need.

The location was close to most of the major locations and petronas towers. The room was really spacious with nice big toilets and huge bath tub, it is like a furnished apartment more than a hotel room. They have a really nice pool on the roof with views towards the petronas towards which is spectacular at night. No breakfast or anything of that sort, its just like renting an apartment.

I didn’t like the fact that they surprise you after booking that you will have to pay a certain amount of money as a deposit incase of any damage inside the apartment. If you don’t have their currency and want to pay with euro or dollar they will take a bigger amount as deposit. However, I would recommend paying in your own currency as when you will checkout you don’t need to worry about carrying back their currency and reconverting it or using it or whatever. Also they don’t offer free late checkout and any extended checkout time will be charged on a per hour base. I would really suggest they be a little bit lenient on that and offer some sort of a small extension.
