We chose this hotel based on its location and the fact that it was within walking distance of the Petronas Towers (900 metres away - a very gentle 15-minute stroll) and the LRT metro at KLCC (Line 5). We were travelling with cabin bags only, so walking from the metro to the hotel was a very practical option for us - with large hold bags a taxi would have been needed. We had a very nice room on the 22nd floor, with a good view over the city. The room contained one of the best (and biggest) security deposit boxes we had ever seen - excellent!! Breakfast was taken in the 10th floor restaurant - there was a fully range of tastes (both Western & Eastern) in a running buffet - we were well satisfied. We did not use the restaurant in the evening as it was the month of Ramadan and the a la carte menu was replaced by a special Ramaden buffet each evening. Instead we ate in the 31st floor Sky View lounge which maintained a smaller a la carte menu for those not wishing to partake in the main Ramaden buffet, or we ate in nearby local restaurants. Housekeeping was to a very high standard. We especially liked the infinity swimming pool on the 31st floor - not too crowded during the afternoon and a good place to cool down when the temperature rose to the low 30s. This hotel is highly recommended for a multi-night stay in KLCC.

Nothing to criticise.

Everything was great. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location is good, it's about 10 minutes from the Petronas Towers. There's also an infinity pool which is quite small but still has a good view.

The windows in my room and in the restaurant need cleaning. When I checked in, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom but it disappeared on the next day. Probably this was because of the ventilation system.

The hotel is located a stone's throw from the Petronas Towers. The breakfast was a bit odd, not one of the best but acceptable. The rooms themselves were clean, although the bathroom was a bit dirty but nothing serious.

Unfortunately, the pool was too crowded but had a nice view. The bar no longer has a view of the Petronas Towers because a building has been constructed in front of the hotel.

The hotel was located right at the heart of the city, you could simply walk to see the Petronas Towers. 5 mins walk to the nearest metro station and just a few minutes away from the city centre and other popular areas like Bukit Bintant. The staff was very polite and took care of all your needs. The breakfast was great, they had variety of options. Their bao was so fluffy and soft and amazing. Opposite to the hotel is a convenient store for all your needs and beside the hotel is this amazing Chinese Restaurant with amazing food. There barbecue meat was amazing and their spicy crab was to die for! You can have your heart content and drink all you want and just walk right back to your room!

The location is excellent—just a short walk from the Twin Towers. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the infinity pool is a great bonus with a nice view. Overall, it’s a solid option for a city stay.

Be cautious when paying—there’s an extra charge of about €20 due to taxes, so make sure to read the fine print carefully. Also, they have some unusual rules. At check-in, I was given a document to sign that included a large fine for eating dragon fruit in the room. No one explained this—it was just handed to me to sign. Thankfully, I took the time to read it, but it would’ve been easy to miss. So make sure you read everything thoroughly before signing or paying.

The check-in process was quite convenient, and we weren't charged until we had arrived at the property. My request for a higher floor was accommodated as well. The room was slightly on the smaller side, but wasn't too cramped or uncomfortable, and they were cleaned with fresh linen daily. The hotel was in a very central location, and was a 10 minute walk to the Petronas Towers (the closest Starbucks was only 3 minutes away!) We enjoyed the stay and would recommend this hotel.

The exhaust fans in the toilet/washroom wasn't strong enough - at times the air was slightly pungent. Nothing too major, but good if this can be fixed.

Central location, rooms were clean and comfy

I did find the staff to be a bit unwelcoming. When I went to the dinner buffet I felt like I got laughed at by the two staff at the counter for asking how it worked. I also asked to include breakfast at check-in because I knew my original rate didn’t include it. I went to breakfast the next morning and got told it wasn’t recorded and then the staff made me feel like an inconvenience for asking to pay for it then for that morning. I understand that language and cultural barriers can be frustrating but when you have picked to work in the tourism industry I would expect a bit more understanding.

Deluxe room was spacious and comfortable for 3. Bathroom was also adequate. The fully Halaal breakfast buffet was amazing. Pleasantly surprised with the variety of cuisine served at breakfast. There were plenty of options to suit our individual palette preferences each morning...which we thoroughly enjoyed !!! The chefs and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Centrally located, walking distance to Ampung Park MRT, Suria KLCC and Petronas Towers Reception, Customer Relations and Concierge staff were helpful and efficient.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly.

After booking I was charged almost 100 rm more. I understand the tourism tax of 20 but these other service charges are unacceptable. The pool was a bit small and the person above me kept moving a chair scraping the floor all night which woke me up several times. They should put covers on the legs of the chair. The woman at the front desk told me breakfast was included and then I arrived and it wasn’t. I paid 36 rm for the breakfast and many items were cold.

The room was comfortable and met expectations.

The pool was tiny and it's more for children. I had to compete with some ladies making social media videos when I did use it. A bit annoying but nothing the hotel can do about that. 🤪 The hotel caters to bus tours. Breakfast was good but it was more like being a part of a stampede when I was just trying to relax and start my day. My compliments to the staff who kept up well with the challenges of keeping everything well stocked and neat.
