Location is so near to KLCC and other places. The view from the property is also great. You can take a nice swim looking at the fully lighted petronas during night time

The staff has zero tolerance to listen to your requirements, they just go by the book and doesn't help with any requests

Everything! The lobbies of both Star 1 & 2 were so ambient and clean. Facilities were good and easy to use and access. The pool views were stunning.

Not much, just that the games room was closed and you needed to go down to the security in Star 1 to get keys and gaming equipment, I would suggest having someone in the games rooms waiting for assistance of the guests.

The location was really convenient. The pools are really nice.

I was expecting a more smooth check in as we have travelled 7 hours with a baby. I think this accommodation can be preferable but make sure that you align on the check in well before you are coming.

THE residence location is near to mall, supermarket. swim pool is amazing with good gym flat was specious and clean.
