For a fairly budget hotel this is a solid pick- the room was clean and pretty comfortable, the lobby area was cute & the staff was courteous. At the price it was a great spot!

The location isnt walkable at all- it's kind of in a weird in-between space next to the highway, and the metro is a long walk away, as well as any cafes or restaurants. There is no coffee or food available until 930am.

This is a refurbished hotel, I have recently stayed there when they were just opened for 1 week, I've seen multiple reviews from probably "friends" on multiple 3rd party websites which is understandable because hotel with reviews seems more trustworthy. So as someone who spent two nights there, this is my very honest review regarding this hotel. Location: It's quite strategic as it is very close to mid valley, and it's not too far from other locations from KL, you cannot missed this hotel because of the colour of this building. Even though it is located next to a very busy highway, it is located in a quiet area. But do take note that there are very limited eateries within walking distance around, guest without cars should take note of this. But taking grab/taxi to anywhere in KL shouldn't be expensive given its location. Design: The renovation for the lobby and the cafe area was nicely done, very aesthetic and Instagramable, they even have a photo booth. The room is also not too bad, but you can clearly see that they're trying to use the old design to the advantage as possible, like they just removed the door to the closet and repainted it while the toilet is completely untouched. The room does have retro feel and look since they used the retro wallpaper, headboard, mugs, lamp. Bed: Bed is a bit too hard to my liking, but I understand some people prefer hard bed. Pillow is new and fluffy. Customer service: Receptionist is friendly but appears nervous during check in, not sure is it because of inexperience of because boss is around LOL Hygiene: Room is new so obviously the room cleanliness is good. There are certain things that needs improvement which I have already reflected with the management so hopefully they will heed the advice. Shower: The bathroom was completely untouched from the previous design. The shower was a bit narrow. Only 2 towels and 1 bath mat is provided for the guest, no hand towels.

This hotel is truly amazing. Although the building is old, the decorations and creativity of the hotel make you feel excited and happy throughout your stay. The hotel is very affordable and generous. I was given a complimentary room keychain as a souvenir during checkout. The hotel also has a photo booth, which I think adds to the joy of my experience. I love every bit of it.

Beautiful building with lovely decor and facilities. The staff were helpful and the coffee shop was great. We loved the pre-loved clothing available to purchase in the foyer.

The location is a bit out of the way but very easy to get a grab.

Clean & spacious

It might look creepy if you walk alone at night but everything is fine.

They have a small coffee shop in the lovely Wes Anderson-style lounge. A true pleasure to sit in the aesthetic space with a coffee and book.

The interior of this hotel is incredible! The lobby and cafe have lots of fun details and the styling is fantastic. They even have a free Photo Booth! The staff are friendly and helpful. The reception is also 24hours so it meant I could check in at around 11pm. The rooms don’t have phones but I was given a WhatsApp number to message if I needed anything. The hotel is a set location on Grab making it easy to get to and from the city centre/have food delivered. The room was comfortable, clean and exactly like the pictures. I was provided with a snack box upon arrival which was a lovely touch. Also they let me keep the room keyring which is a lovely souvenir for my trip to KL.

I didn’t dislike anything but it is important to note that this is a refurbished hotel and not a new one. Some of the facilities such as the AC, lift or some cabinets show their age. For me this added to the charm of the hotel and that Wes Anderson feel. Also some other customers might find the beds a bit short. I’m about 170cm and found myself almost reaching the end of the bed, but maybe that’s because the pillows were so big 😂

I recently stayed at this new hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a vibrant and cheerful atmosphere that instantly lifted my spirits. The decor is colorful and inviting, creating a happy ambiance throughout the property. The bed in my room was incredibly comfy—definitely one of the best I've slept on. After a long day of exploring, sinking into those soft sheets was pure bliss. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, providing local tips and assistance whenever I needed it. One of the highlights of my stay was the free shuttle service. The colorful van made getting to the MRT, Mid Valley and more , allowing me to explore the city with ease. Overall, this hotel offers a delightful combination of comfort, convenience, and a cheerful atmosphere. I can't wait to return!

The whole concept of the hotel was amazing. The friendly staff and the cafe at the Ground Level were amazing. Reallu good coffee and pastries. We enjoyed a cup every morning. The room was big compared to the ones you get in KL.

There was no room service, but they are ok with bringing from outside. the location was a bit tricky. Even grab drivers always miss the turn after the traffic light.

Such a unique style & character throughout the hotel. Really comfy & clean rooms with great amenities. Friendly & welcoming staff! Cafe is very cute too with a good selection of drinks & pastries. Excellent city view from room.

The smell of cigarette smoke was quite pervasive throughout the hotel, especially in the lift and corridors- remnant smell in the carpets from previous years maybe? Not as obvious in rooms with AC on.
