The staff were extremely helpful and offered connecting rooms which is useful considering i was traveling with elderly. The rooms looked clean and the water pressure of the shower is great. Also the location of the hotel has been one of the main factors i choose to book here.

One of the room given to me was not ready despite i was checking in around 4pm on the day due to bad odor, the staff did clear it using air sterilizer which is causing the delay. Also, the parking entrance was closed at night time which I have to endure with the additional 40 mins jam to reach another entrance.

The rooms have been upgraded and they are clean and comfortable

The room rates have risen significantly. The screen inside the lifts to indicate status of floor is almost non-legible! Unfortunately the coffee shop at the ground level has jot been upgraded. Also the breakfast menu jas not been changed for years. I drove my car and parked in the area designated for Cititel. On day of checkout, I validated my TnG card but at the exit I couldnt get the barrier to open. I called for help and a guybon a motor bike came and collected RM25 from me in cash. I dont know what the problem was, but it seems to be an awkward arrangement. Luckily there were no cars following me or I could have caused inconvenience to others

Convenient Prime location Right next to mid valley shopping mall

The reception male that checked me on 6/10 in didn’t aware the package I booked via booking .com for one adult and one child 15 come with free 2 pac breakfast It is considered same as if I booked as 2 adults He insisted only valid for one adult only Even after I checked with him the 2nd time He said the room only come with one pac bf only even though I pointed out to him the packages I booked come with 2 pax free breakfast I gave up at the end but I checked with diff staff in the next morning 7/10 and the reception female confirmed with office that it is for 2 pax

Clean, comfortable room with sufficient amenities. Bed was comfy, tv had basic channels. Had fan, which is a plus for people who dont need the aircond. Staff were helpful and polite. Easy access to Midvalley Megamall and also Boulevard offices is a short walk away.

Room was slightly small, bigger suitcases might be a challenge. Parking is shared with mall, can be confusing and hard to locate the hotel lobby lift. However we can drop off luggage at lobby and then park, which is helpful

Excellent location as it is linked to MidValley and Garden Mall....so food and shopping is in abundance! Hotel staffs were friendly and Housekeeping staffs was prompt with my request and friendly as well. Really great stay:) Only felt the room was a little congested for a big king size bed with very little room for movement but otherwise, bed was comfy, room was clean and all facilities were working well. I was very happy staying here. Thank You!

One coffee mug had stains which is not good and yucky!

Double deluxe room was spacious, will definitely book this room type for all my family members on our next trip. And when we encountered issues of faulty kettle, water heater, door sensor and needed an extra bed, we were pleasantly surprised that housekeeping staff turned up within 15 mins to assist/rectify! The convenient location of the hotel within shopping malls and with sheltered access to the Abdullah Hukum LRT station is beyond our expectation!

The location is highly strategic, with direct access to Mid Valley Megamall. The breakfast selection is diverse, offering a range of Malay, Chinese, Indian, and Western cuisines. Room service is excellent, with prompt and courteous assistance. A convenient water dispenser is also available near the lift area, supporting sustainability through the use of recyclable bottles.

I genuinely couldn’t find anything to dislike about this hotel.

The location next to the mall where eateries and other convenience stores can be easily accessed. There is a water dispenser on each floor available so you can refill your water anytime you want. Receptionist is very polite and friendly - the one who attended me was Angela. Thanks for the great hospitality (:

There was a mosquito when I first entered the room. Lift waiting time is quite long. There is no slippers provided in the room. There was some kind of damp smell in the room but still tolerable.

Room has been refurbished and updated since the last time we were here in 2019. Room was in good condition on arrival and comfortable. Reception was also very quick to send maintenance when the lights in our room went out.
