I enjoyed the breakfast—it was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The bathroom facilities were also well-maintained, including the toilets, bidets, showers, and bathtubs.

I was quite disappointed with a couple of things during my stay. Firstly, I found a cockroach coming out from under the pillow, which was very unpleasant and unacceptable for a hotel environment. Secondly, even though there's an LRT station nearby, there is no clear or accessible path to reach it. There’s a signboard pointing towards it, but no actual connection or guidance on how to get there safely.

Check-in: Smooth and efficient. Room: A few pleasant surprise — the in-room coffee pod machine was a nice touch, and the view was excellent. Breakfast: Truly a standout experience! The spread was vast and thoughtfully curated, featuring delightful local specialties like lontong and putu mayam, alongside more conventional options.

Check-in: There are six elevators servicing the hotel, but they tend to be on the slower side. Room: The TV setup was a letdown, with poor reception and a limited selection of odd channels. Parking: The parking area is shared with nearby offices, which can be a bit disorganized.

Lovely, clean and spacious rooms. The spa was lovely and we enjoyed the massage services. Pool area clean and pleasant. Towels provided. Great gym space adjacent to pool with water and towels provided. Restaurant breakfast we good - lots of multicultural choices : Malaysian / Western and Indian.

Restaurant at night had limited options - particularly for vegetarians. (which we are) and because the hotel is not close to restaurants etc. that needs to be taken into account. The shopping mall 6 minutes' walk away didn't have much in the way of food offerings.

Good shower n water pressure, acceptable aircond, 2 cards per room, parking was okay, check in smooth with less people n check out was fast n easy, free parking after validate tng card, good variety of breakfast with prompt food top up n quick react staffs that cover the floor, room consider generous with space, less waiting time for lift, n in the heart of KL location, room smell good, hallway pleasant, nice tube, good furniture n lighting in the room, considered cool n comfy bed, lots of towels

It is 5 star hotel with undeniable old building, old stuff can be seen here n there, outdated ancient TV with scanty channels, edge of wallpaper not properly trimmed, some mold at the edges in the toilets, broken table alarm just for display, in room services were totally a turn down, the food prices are sky high..

The cleanliness of the room is top-notch. I love that this hotel is using smart TV for its rooms, so it's really elevating my mood during my staycation😊 The breakfast buffet was good, just like in any other hotel. However, not to the point where it was memorable. I did try the room service menu, though, it was also on the okay level. The chocolate cheesecake from the cafe, however, was scrumptious and worth trying! It was so good to the point where I did tapao one to bring back home😂 Overall, my stay was a great one. Might be small and understandable that it was quite hard to maintain, but I noticed that windows from my 20th floor room were quite dirty. So it's kind of bugging me how the view looks like.

Varieties of breakfast available. Mosque very near to hotel. Staff helpful. Comfy room.

I was thrilled that we were upgraded! It made the experience even more enjoyable and added a special touch to our stay. The upgraded room offered more space and extra amenities, which made a noticeable difference in comfort. It truly enhanced our overall experience, and I appreciate the hotel for the thoughtful gesture.

The lobby, while functional, could benefit from some improvements to better reflect the ambiance of a hotel. Currently, it feels more like a standard waiting area rather than a welcoming, stylish entrance. Enhancing the décor, adding comfortable seating, and incorporating more hotel-like elements—such as warm lighting, artwork, or a dedicated concierge area—could greatly improve the first impression and overall guest experience.

The rooms were simply beautiful. Spacious, clean, well kept. Each room had a beautiful large bathtub. The breakfast had a nice variety of choices. The Spa treatment was good. Free parking is provided. The hotel is a short drive away from Mid Valley Megamall which was very convenient and a time saver.

Not all of the hotel's restaurants were operational. There aren't any nearby restaurants or groceries near the hotel. You'd have to drive to the nearby mall. Alternatively, you can easily order food delivery using any of the local apps.

The room was great. spacious and very comfortable. Got bathtub. Breakfast was okay. Got a variety of local foods but really just a typical hotel breakfast buffet. Nothing really special but not disappointing also. Suitable if you are in need of a comfy staycation. I would say it's worth stay, although not much of the price but it seems like hotel's prices have spiked up in the recent years with same level of services. Overall, a good staycation for me.

Swimming pool area is not as advertised. Small pool with very few seats and the sofa in pool area are not well maintained. Not much option for dinner and cafe closed early also.

The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable for me. I do enjoyed the breakfast included in the room rate and the spread of the buffet Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the local dishes like Nasi Lemak, Longtong and the Chee Cheong Fan in the buffet.

The Steam Room on the 4 floor was not working and the room does not provide bathrobe. The room number along the corridor was too small and it is hard to see compare to the room number on the door.
