The hotel is exceptionally beautiful and clean, and the location is fantastic. However, we mistakenly booked a windowless room. We asked to pay extra for a regular room with a window but were given a fantastic room with a terrace at no additional cost. Thank you once again! Also, when we were checking out, since our flight was in the evening, we asked if we could stay by the pool, and this was kindly allowed. In this way, the hotel staff extended our vacation by an extra day, which we truly appreciated. All compliments to both the staff and the hotel. A small tip: the food at the hotel is very diverse and offered at very reasonable prices, so there’s no need to look for restaurants outside for lunch or dinner.

It’s a nice, comfortable hotel, breakfast was good except that I have to pay for my kids every time we go for buffet breakfast. Most of the employees are helpful except for a couple of them which were not. Requested sofa cum bed as 2 queen beds are small and seemed like single beds. I was told we don’t have it which was a shocker as the hotel like Dorsey should have it. Overall a good stay. Will recommend it.

Kids should not have to pay for breakfast if they are staying with parents. Should have a sofa cum bed or something for use.

Time to checkout is too early... Cannot make deal over for time checkout...n when U wanna to extend the time u need pay RM50 for that.... The paid is really expensive than other hotel nearby...

The location and car park is the easy way to find. Breakfast also get a many choice. Staff very friendly and helping any information what we want. We just get upgraded room for free. I don't know why but I think this only room just ready in the time. But thank you for this.

Check-in a little bit late due to pick time but take around 2hours+ waiting is not acceptable. Around 5pm we only just get in the room. So tired after arrive since around 12am. Lift a very annoying cause very so slow go up and go down. The next day get notification via call at 11.45am to checkout for 12pm sharp very disappointing. I think hotel should give at least 1 hour extra due to we already late check-in cause their room still not ready once we want check-in.

I had a great view. The room was quiet - apart from some vacuuming outside my room late afternoon. I was able to leave my bag in a secure area when I arrived before check-in. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and I was impressed with the size of the shower. All the conveniences of a modern hotel were available. Access to a hairdryer, iron and ironing board - without having to request this in reception- may seem like a little thing.. but it was important to have access to them. I loved the gym,.which appeared well equipoed and pool although I didn't get an opportunity to used either as my time was limited. The hotel is located close to a few local amenities and within walking distance of some of the key things I wanted to visit and see.

The rooms are as displayed in the photos and the receptionist I met was lovely. Also there are Coway water dispensers on each floor. The breakfast also has many choices and taste not bad. The location of the hotel is also quite central and many grab drivers nearby.

There are only 2 sockets functioning in the room. Also, I think it’d be nice if there is a desk lamp that emanate soft light as it’s too dark when turning off all lights and too bright if we keep any one of the lights on. Another thing is the lifts can be quite scary as it made sounds…

Room size is big (king's studio), and we got it at a very affordable price. Breakfast variety is also good. Hotel location is at center of Putrajaya. Therefore, easy to move around in Putrajaya for sight seeing.

Will be good if can add proper car drop location near lobby. We will disrupt traffic if there is a need to drop by or pick up passengers beside lobby entrance. The carpark lift is not connected directly to the hotel lobby and needs to walk outside hotel a little bit.

No location for tourists that want to explore Kuala Lumpur. This was a location for government employees. Therefor the prices at the two biggest shopping centers were "higher than in Norway". Putrajaya was a place for beautiful parks and fantastic buildings - and mosks. If this is what you are looking for, this was the place. Unfortunately we could not move around much due to heavy rain storms. Next time (?) we will stay closer to Kuala Lumpur center. (It will take about on hour in a taxi from airport to center of Kuala Lumpur. *Unfortunately we were not able to get hold of a city map. Dorsett could only supply us with a local sketch that included a lot of advertising.

The breakfast is good. Lot of good food, many choices and delicious. However, the coffee is not satisfying. There was no coffee machine. The pool have a nice view but it is not so big. With much crowded people, it did feel a bit uncomfortable. The hotel has two pools which one for adult and one for kids. The one for kids is small but I thought it should be sufficient enough. For the adult pool, it is just nice however with large amount of people, you won’t feel comfortable to be in it. The pool is at level 9. The room is okay, big and clean as expected. It has fiid trucks available in front of the hotel so there was no issue if you would like to grab a food in the midnight.

I did not like that the parking in the basement, I thought it was quite cramped.

2nd time here. Convenient and near to the Place of Interest in Putrajaya. Breakfast is good. Room is ok for a short staycation. We able to get a connecting room. Thank you to the staff front counter assist us on this. We chose this hotel due to the Malaysia Breakfast Day 2025 Event at the Palace of Justice. Quite near.

Maybe the pool area needs to be improved. The room bidet also has no proper water gun.
