Loved my stay here! The room was clean and cozy, the breakfast was tasty with a good mix of local and western choices, and the view from the room was absolutely beautiful. Perfect for relaxing morning. Would definitely comeback.

Nice stay overall, but a few things could be better. The food was tasty but quite pricey (either on bed or the dining room itself), almost 10x more than a typical local spot. Also, there was no staff at the towel counter by the pool whenever I went, which was a bit inconvenient. And I'd love to see more variety on the TV. Maybe include HBO or some movie/cartoon channels. Just small improvements could make a big difference.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and located in a very strategic area — close to everything we needed. Facilities were top-notch, from the cozy room to the spacious pool area. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. We were even allowed to check in early, which made our trip much more convenient. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and to our surprise, there was even a relaxing spa on-site. One of the highlights was definitely the bathtub — perfect for unwinding after a long day. Honestly, everything was perfect. Would definitely come back again!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was a last minute booking, the price was a good deal and we never stay here before. The room was spacious, cozy and clean. I like how the shower and bathtub area separated from the toilet. The best part was the view from our room - the Putrajaya Lake, the Putra Mosque and the Seri Wawasan Bridge. The hotel give us some kind of cozy and privacy ambience. The staff was also very helpful and polite. Just a 15 minutes drive to Alamanda Shopping Centre and the iconic Putra Square. Will definitely choose Zenith Hotel for our next stay.

On the last day of my stay, 2 of the staff came to the room to collect payment due my late check out. My husband was in the room and has informed that I am on my way from PICC from the ASEAN Auditor Conference. Infact, I have paid late check out earlier during check in. I undestand that I need to pay another extra charges since I cannot make it by 6.00 pm. The way the staff came to the room and insist for payment from my husband is regretted since he has told that I am on my way and will pay accordingly.

THE LOCATION IS PERFECT, HAD ROOMS WITH LAKE VIEW, ROOMS WERE CLEANED WITH COMFY BEDS AND MATTRESSES, TV ALSO HAD GOOD CHANNELS WITH TO WATCH, SIZE WAS BIT SMALLER THEN REQUIRED. LOBBY AREA WAS ALSO NEAT AND CLEAN, AND THE STAFF WAS VERY COOPERATIVE AT THE FRONT DOOR. JUST THEY NEED TO INCREASE THE STAFF AT RECEPTION FOR CHECK-IN-OUT, ME N OTHERS NEED TO WAIT A BIT TO CHECK IN AND OUT. BREAKFAST IS ALSO GOOD AND PRICE WORTHY.

I HAD 3 ROOMS 715 -716-718, I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE HAVING COCKROACHES IN ROOM 719, WHICH I INFORMED ALREADY AT RECEPTION UPON CHECKING OUT, THE REST WAS NOTHING BAD. SEEMS LIKE THEY TOOK IMMEDIATE ACTION TO HANDLE THAT .

I have great experience during my stay. Unfortunately, the service during breakfast was not great as other services. Beginning I wanted to complain about this, but then later I can see all staff are struggling during the morning breakfast. So I think this is not staff issues, more to management to handle. If hotel are working with full capacity, the hotel must have contingency plan to handle. Otherwise u will get unpleasant complaint from customer. Don’t take my comment as something negative. This is for improvement. Thank u

At my request, the hotel packed breakfast for me and it was a generous packed spread. And the breakfast was packed on time as promised. The beds were comfortable. There are (normal) electric sockets for you to charge your electric or hybrid car [just fix your own plugs] in the car park and allocated car park bays [which unfortunately can be taken up by non hybrid/electric car/patrons] - a plus for the guest and friendly to the environment.

Better choice of restaurants but then again i am guessing this hotel only has many guests when there are events/seminars going on so its current choice of restaurants would be adequate for its patrons.

Really like the bed.. As I would not want to wake up from my sleep.. so comfort and spacious.. the view also magnificent.. as I can saw the bridge, Putra Mosque, Lake.. Near to my meeting place.. So, it thick all the box that I wanted..

I believe there is a need of good taste and flavorful breakfast food.. The side dish is good like the egg section, and etc.. Only the main dish section needed an improvement.. like the nasi lemak and the mee..

Lovely room but agree with others that carpets need a deep clean Liked the gym and pool area (great view of the mosque if you don’t have one from your room) Room service was efficient and lovely food Amazing choice for breakfast. It’s self service but you can get omelettes made to order which were amazing

Didn’t appreciate how staff assumed my card was at fault first (insufficient funds) when it was actually the connection on their machine that was causing the rejection Safety deposit box (which I couldn’t use) made a ticking sound but it was dealt with efficiently Sauna is self service so doesn’t heat up in time for use

Very conveniently located, it's definitely being targeted for people who are attending early meetings nearby (like myself). Room is very comfortable and large, and view is nice. A special tap just for drinking water is nice and unique. Bathtub is also very appreciated for the price.

Facilities could be maintained better. Toilet was leaking, and the shower head had some problem, spraying water all over the place.
