The hotel inside is quite pretty and clean, and the hotel room is pretty big and very comfortable. The location of the hotel is right inside the Putrajaya city, where it is close to the Iron Mosque, and also very easy to get to other sightseeing places inside Putrajaya. The hotel breakfast is really good too, with a lot of varieties. Malay food such as nasi lemak and rendang, Chinese food such as fried noodle and fried rice, Indian food such as root canai with curry, Western food such as scramble egg and sausages, they have everything.

Since the hotel is right inside the Putrajaya city, you need to take Grab taxi for about 5-10 min from the Putrajaya station. The water drainage inside the shower room was not so good, and the floor of the whole toilet / shower room would get all wet after the shower.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The location is great, it just a stone’s throw from the food trucks, which made it very convenient for us to grab dinner. The breakfast provided was also nice, with a good variety to choose from. The room size was just right and comfortable for our needs, and we really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay.

The swimming pool was a bit dirty and didn’t seem to be well maintained. It’s a decent size and has potential to be a lovely spot for guests to relax, but it could use more regular upkeep.

The hotel is exceptionally beautiful and clean, and the location is fantastic. However, we mistakenly booked a windowless room. We asked to pay extra for a regular room with a window but were given a fantastic room with a terrace at no additional cost. Thank you once again! Also, when we were checking out, since our flight was in the evening, we asked if we could stay by the pool, and this was kindly allowed. In this way, the hotel staff extended our vacation by an extra day, which we truly appreciated. All compliments to both the staff and the hotel. A small tip: the food at the hotel is very diverse and offered at very reasonable prices, so there’s no need to look for restaurants outside for lunch or dinner.

The room was today and clean, very comfortable and relaxing to rest. The restaurant had a huge selection of food and the breakfast buffet was also fabulous Staff were kind and helpful, always ready to lend a hand and help us with anything. The lobby cafe also had delicious pastries and coffee Overall the hotel ambiance was very relaxing and we enjoyed our stay there. Walking distance to Putrajaya Cruise pickup point and a beautiful park.

The room was a bit Small then my expectations but that's fine given that it's in Putrajaya.

It’s a nice, comfortable hotel, breakfast was good except that I have to pay for my kids every time we go for buffet breakfast. Most of the employees are helpful except for a couple of them which were not. Requested sofa cum bed as 2 queen beds are small and seemed like single beds. I was told we don’t have it which was a shocker as the hotel like Dorsey should have it. Overall a good stay. Will recommend it.

Kids should not have to pay for breakfast if they are staying with parents. Should have a sofa cum bed or something for use.

Breakfast was very good, buffet style and plenty of choices. Staff were professional and helpful. A significant number of guests meant that they were kept busy. Room concerns were addressed immediately. It is across the road from a mosque, and I found the calls to prayer quite inspirational. I am not a Moslem, but I did like the call.

I have no issues with the hotel, or staff there.

The location and car park is the easy way to find. Breakfast also get a many choice. Staff very friendly and helping any information what we want. We just get upgraded room for free. I don't know why but I think this only room just ready in the time. But thank you for this.

Check-in a little bit late due to pick time but take around 2hours+ waiting is not acceptable. Around 5pm we only just get in the room. So tired after arrive since around 12am. Lift a very annoying cause very so slow go up and go down. The next day get notification via call at 11.45am to checkout for 12pm sharp very disappointing. I think hotel should give at least 1 hour extra due to we already late check-in cause their room still not ready once we want check-in.

I had a great view. The room was quiet - apart from some vacuuming outside my room late afternoon. I was able to leave my bag in a secure area when I arrived before check-in. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and I was impressed with the size of the shower. All the conveniences of a modern hotel were available. Access to a hairdryer, iron and ironing board - without having to request this in reception- may seem like a little thing.. but it was important to have access to them. I loved the gym,.which appeared well equipoed and pool although I didn't get an opportunity to used either as my time was limited. The hotel is located close to a few local amenities and within walking distance of some of the key things I wanted to visit and see.

1. It's near to the lake where you can go for a walk. However the whole putrajaya area itself, it's not a tourist spot, more to a place for business. 2. Staffs are kind and friendly, check in was swift. 3. comfortable room 4. thereis sort of a food trucks area infront of the hotel at night, it's lively.

1. there's is no proper place for grab/ taxi to stop at the lobby area. 2. breakfast can be improved. 3. Not much cafes or restaurants nearby.

Near with my working area... N easy to find food and a lots of attraction

Time to checkout is too early... Cannot make deal over for time checkout...n when U wanna to extend the time u need pay RM50 for that.... The paid is really expensive than other hotel nearby...
