I love how helpful and attentive the front desk staff are. I arrived around 9:15pm, unable to find the entrance door (I had read the review about this issue). I called the number provided, and the staff were so helpful and guided me well. I safely checked into the room around 9:30 pm. Alhamdulillah

Honestly, I don’t have any issues with this hotel or room since I had already read the reviews beforehand. I got what I paid for. Thankfully, I didn’t experience any of the negative comments about the room smelling like cigarette smoke. Luckily, my room didn’t have any unwanted odour. Therefore, I prolonged my stay

Very good staff, greeted by a nice smell all the way to the room, clean room, all facilities work well, have enough space to move.

The bathroom smells. Disturbing when I use it. I think the smell is coming from the drain. The bed is a bit broken. Need to use 3 access cards but it's okay. Need to pay parking max RM 8 a day. During my stay I park my car at the roadside parking which is FREE. The entrance is quite small so I had a hard time finding it at the first time.

Comfy room and good price🥰... Hotel in Gateway.. so it feels safe and easy to park🚘.. The best part is food everywhere🤤.. Just go down and eat.. no stress🥳.. Really enjoy to stay here😘.. Owhh yaaa.. a big love for the liquid soap with smells so good💋

Parking is a bit far from the hotel entrance and is located at the back side.. You can only drop your stuff at the middle lane.. As a big sized person.. Im a bit shy to walk farr 🤣😜 But overall, still happy with the stay👍..

everything is good. strategic location with lots of food choice in walking distance. aircond and water heater worked well. variety tv channel. spacious room.

its a bit scary at night especially when you have go out bcs tak ramai orang dekat area tu and i would say its a bit secluded. sometimes je ada guard near the area. i would occasionally smell cigarette in the room maybe from outside

Property is good, comfort, and clean. Staff very humble and high toleration. The hotel location is nearby many accessibilities as well as restaurant, bank, main road and easy to reach out. Good value for money.

I wish the management can extend for the check in time until 12 AM in the midnight.

Second time staying here, much cleaner than the first time! Overall, the staff are friendly and it's a very good deal for the low price. Comes with a smart TV and good WiFi.

Some of the toilet fixtures are a little old and stained. But still clean enough and fair for the price.

The room is very clean. Just like an expensive hotel. The bed was very Cosy and comfortable. I'm hoping to not leave that bed ever, but I have to. Hahaha. The view from the windows are really calming my mind. The room is spacious. Definitely will spread this hotel existence to all my contacts. Hope we'll see again soon❤️

Friendly staff and good hospitality. Water pressure ok. Good place to rest. Carpark 24hrs under security. Overall ok.

Door bathroom a bit hard to lock. No specific direction to the entrance (just mention reception ‘through glass door’)
