It was found that the used bedsheets were placed inside the 2nd room wardrobe. Property owner informed me that the cleaner need to leave early due to personal matters. So tak sempat nak angkut benda tu nak p basuh. But it is just a minor problem.

The communication with the owner is good. He gave the step by step procedure to get into the property. Have to picked up the access card from the mail box and use that to access to the floor. Then, the owner gave secret code for taking the property keys. OK. The house is clean and well equipped. It has washer, dryer, microwave, kitchen, hair dryer etc. Perfect. All the air-conditioners are functioning well and also the water heater. The infinity pool is clean- my kids & nieces enjoyed it very much!

1- Since the step by step procedures are given, I don't have any trouble to check in. But if my parents came alone, I think it quite difficult for them. 2- Only one access card is given. Hence, we have to assist our family member to the lift/ pool etc if another person is going somewhere else.

Everything was good except there is no tv channel. Only youtube & netflix. Apartment was nice, view was amazing. The host very kind and easy to engage with the host. Thank you very much. Want to stay here again next time😍

The host was really helpful and gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out. They provided two parking spots, which was great for a short stay. The house had all the basic amenities, including a cuckoo water filter.

There weren’t enough towels (only 3 for the whole group). The house is nice, but the cleanliness could be better – the hygiene was a bit disappointing.
