The room is very spacious and comfortable.

The receptionist was not very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Gave us inaccurate information about nearby places to eat. Also we were disappointed with how the management chose to care for the fishes in the aquarium at the lobby next to the elevator. The aquarium was cramped, dirty and narrow. It just seems cruel to treat animals that way. We hope the management will find these fishes a spacious home where they can thrive.

1. they take actions on my improvement requests very quickly. 2.the place calm, room size 43 m2 , I like it a lot. food good enough for me in this fair price, the concierge and the employees are kind and gentle. I am sure will have 2nd stay.

It’s sooo spacious! And it has good view too. The location is easily accessible, away from the city, very calm and tranquil. A lot of parking spots

The toilet is super slippery tho. There was a signage about it but its too high we missed it on day 1. Better put anti slip mat to avoid accidents

Not satisfied with the water pressure in the shower. And unpleasant smell in the toilet. Perhaps the cleaner should use aromatic cleaner or spray to clean the toilet.

The reception staff was very accomodating, very welcoming and very informative. Parking is always available. The room is very spacious Water heater water pressure is fast. Aircon is also good.

I stayed for 3D2N. The bedsheet and tower provided on my 1st day of stay is not fresh. Its has some foul smell which is not that pleasant. The replacement given on day 2 is very fresh and better than day 1.

Frontdesk staffs are friendly, attentive, kind, patient, polite and helpful. Also, I would like to express my appreciation to frontdesk staffs for helping my mom & my kids to call the Grab car service. The room is spacious and the bed is large enough meet my requirement.

room is clean & spacious. basic necessity provided. breakfast I rated 3.5/5. it was good but not too good if you know what i mean. The hotel is located near McD, Starbucks, mall, restaurant, Mamak, convenience store, etc. Also not so far away from Cyberjaya attractions.

even though ample car park, the size of it is not fit for SUV, MPV, 4x4 and large cars. you might park exceeded the lines.

The room is clean and cozy

The breakfast is bad, the food serve is low quality, and a limited choices. Will not opt to choose breakfast in future.

The room was so huge and very comfortable for three of us. The bed was so comfy and the toiletries was also provided completely. The room have a sofa set and the small pantry so that I and my family can rest and have a coffee talk😂😂 For sure I will come back again in another visit👍👍👍
