Overall experience was great. Very close to some eateries. The room has a mini fridge which is very nice to keep my drinks cold.

The only set back was, the door security system uses battery operated card reading access. I was locked out of my room once because the battery was dead but the technician came up and replaced the dead batteries. That was quite inconvenience for me as I was dead tired after doing some cycling at Putrajaya and in need of a good shower and rest. Oh, not to mention the faucet's handle at the toilet sink was broken. But I could manage with that.

The place is exceptionally clean and welcoming. The staff too are very friendly and helpful. We requested a two-hour extension to our stay, which was easily accommodated with minimal extra charges (which we expected anyway).

As the place is adjacent (read: walking distance) to restaurants and eateries, the parking area of the hotel is open to night time hangout by people who frequent the places, resulting in late night noise. Maybe a room on a higher floor and not by the car park is better. Also, the walls are pretty thin, I can literally hear the TV going and the snoring of the persons next door (and made me wonder what they heard of my conversations between me and my husband!). Perhaps this aspect can be improved. Otherwise, a lovely stay.

For the very reasonable price, I'm quite shock. They have lift, no need to climb with heavy luggage. Clean, comfort, the design, build with good materials and nice furniture too. Wifi is tip top, toilet and shower is nice. Spacious. Even have mini fridge too. If they provide free drinking water, I would rate then at 10!

A little bit hard to find parking space because of many nice restaurants and cafe near this hotel that attracted many people at dinner time.

The hotel is conveniently located and easy to find. Parking is straightforward during the day but can be slightly challenging at night as many people dine at the nearby restaurants. The area offers plenty of dining options, and a self-service laundry is just around the corner. Overall, it’s a great choice for a short stay.

Restaurants and laundromat are just a walking distance. The area is lively at night as people come for dinner. There is a Shell station nearby where I can buy stuff. The hotel provides water filter & it’s easier for me to get plain water. Room is quite spacious & water pressure is great. They even provide plastic fork & spoon! Will come again next time if I have any programs nearby.

This place is convenient for those who have their own transportation. I believe guests can call for e-hailing services as there is no public transportation nearby.

Cheap. Easy to find. Cheaper if you book via walk-in. A lot of restaurants nearby so you don't have to worry about finding food there. Parking space is free but might be difficult to get at busy hours. They are Muslim-friendly so no freaky business is allowed (which is good!)

The noise. You can hear people talking outside of your room so definitely not soundproof. Room take a while to get cooler and poor tv selection.

Very friendly staff ( on duty from 2.00pm on 12/7/25 to 4.00am 14/7/25). Very clean premises, room and especially toilet. Situated in at quiet area. Easy access to restaurants and petrol station, very near. Got more than what I paid for

It looks like the hotel was renovated recently or at least my room and the floor. My wife and I, we spent a night here. I have chosen because it was close to the airport and also budget friendly. The staff were nice the room was clean and tidy. We were really satisfied staying here.

Interior design of the rooms & bathroom is super great & comfy. Got TV for entertainment, towels & toiletries; soap, shampoo, shower gel & lotion in bathroom, and cups & glass with instant coffee, including mini refrigerator. Water dispenser & iron with ironing board is near exit staircase. They also sales drinks & maggi cut at lobby. Very close with coffee shop & restaurant for breakfast, lunch & dinner. It's great for short trip stays. Parking lot is just out side the building for those who rent a car for the stays.

Comfortable staying here compare to others hotel as this hotel more spacious (For solah). As muslim, I love the reminder inside the room.

The exhaust fan in the bath room was not function. Hope the management team can check and maintance it and also provide another dustbin inside the toilet.
