The food is good. The room spacious but habe some downside which is the pipe leaking, space to enter the shower cubicle is too narrow. The CNY event e.g Lion dance and Yee Sang toast is 👍👍👍👍

Longer time for check in. No Clear direction to go places in the resort area. Staff not really friendly at the front counter

Room was nice. Carpark near your room which is great. No lift, so we had to carry luggage to second floor. View faces car park, so curtains are mostly closed. Breakfast is ok, can have wider spread.

On the sunday, the breakfast was somehow not ready. Husband also preferred if eggs were cooked when ordered and not made in advance since omelets are nicer hot. Room had few spiders and insects. Sound proofing can be better. 10pm and I can hear kids running down the hallway, playing or shouting.

Easy access to facilities, superb food and dining and watching movie under the starry night while sitting on a bean bag (value-added activity that we can spend at night while staying at the resort). Comfy bed, spacious and clean room.

Coarse floor when going into all of the three pools. Unable to watch movies that have a start. The television channel already have movie going on, and when I wanted to spend time watching movies, nothing available except the one from youtube. I will have to login to netflix using my account if I wanted to watch movies but I don't have netflix account and Disney Hotstar.

Great ambience, excellent choice of breakfast, awesome facililities, friendly staff. It was the perfect place for our short getaway.

I was bummed how the rooms had no option for three sleepers. Initially I booked a superior room with the intention to add-on a mattress. But they said they can't provide extra mattress for superior type of rooms. So I upgraded to a larger room and paid a large difference, and still paid for additional fees to get an extra mattress. Turns out they only delivered sheets and blanket to cover the existing sofa bed in the room. If I knew that was the additional service I had to pay for, I wouldn't have opted for the extra service since the sofa bed was already there anyway.

I love the atmosphere of the resort. The layout of room etc. The staff were very friendly

There were some flaws. I have highlight to the staff: 1. The room was bit off for cleaniness. Thkfully i am not OCD. The maintenance example the pipe broken at tub could be fixed well rather than cincaii work. 2. The flush was not working well, each time we poop need to use a bin take water and flush manually. 3. The water when i about to check out was yellow. Hence we couldnt use the tub. 4. The breakfst was kinda of bad not sure ifs coz ramadhan month. The menu some are not refilled. Lot of flies which was bit turn off for me and my 11yo daughter. I was worried to eat

I had a wonderful stay at Cyberview Resort & Spa last week. From the smooth check-in process to the beautifully maintained surroundings, everything was perfect. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the dining options, with delicious food and a great ambiance. Overall, Cyberview Resort & Spa exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Clean n peaceful

Need improvement on how to handle customers. I was assigned to a room with a guest in it. How embarrassing when door opened and guest was resting inside!

Beautiful resort. The pool was lovely. Facilities were excellent. Our massage at the spa was an outstanding experience. We were allowed a slightly later check out upon request which was really helpful. Breakfast was lovely and so was the Verandah restaurant. Great location for airport departure. Half hour in a GRAB.

On a minor note: Being woken by a petrol leaf blower right outside our room at 8.30am. The slow check in, not sure if the computers were playing up. Also the aircon was fine, but for some reason the room became really warm at about 3am and the aircon was on?

Breakfast was very good and the Italian restaurant staff were exceptional. Mr Muneeral (?) was a most gracious host. We used the Chinese restaurant as we had on previous occasions but found that our beloved manager's special was no longer there. Check in and out was very well handled with a minimum of fuss and special thanks to the young lady from Indonesia at reception who was so helpful. Vouchers were an especially good idea.

Room was short on toilet paper which we had to ask for. The roll had already been mainly used. The kettle required fiddling to make work and the phone was out of action for our entire stay. The ironing cord also had exposed wiring sheath. Had some difficulty making ourselves understood to the housekeeping staff.

The room was worth it. It’s very spacious and comfortable, I really like the balcony as well quite big. I came during Ramadhan, at first their menu is only offered ayam rempah or meat curry. I dont eat curry so I only left with ayam rempah which to me is quite lame the food option, but then the time when they send it to my room I got paprik shrimp and ayam balado. The food is exceeding my expectations. Value the money i paid for breakfast! It’s delicious and the portion is a lot

The front desk staff is quite slow and not friendly. I dont feel that much of welcoming vibe. It also seems like not most of their staff know about the resort map as i were asking some of the staff there on the spa whereabouts and they look very clueless & unable to answer the questions. I think this resort can do better by training all their staff.
