Great location. Shopping mall just below hotel. Near to bus stand, public transport were easily accessible either by grabcar or by bus (T505) to nearest MRT Station (Cyberjaya Utara). Parking space were shared with shopping mall but hotel guest can get flat rate for parking (RM5) per day. I request for high floor, staff assigned to 8th floor. I'm very satisfy. The view were SUPERB! Water pressure for shower is great. Body wash smells nice. Aircond functioning well. Iron can request from lobby. water dispenser available in every floor.

Dustbin only prepared at toilet. only 1 unit :(

The hotel was very comfortable and overall a good experience. However, the cleanliness needs improvement as there was quite a bit of dust, which could affect guests with sinus issues. Additionally, there were no extra tissues provided in the bathroom. I would also suggest including a Netflix account on the TV for a better entertainment experience.

After switching off the air conditioner, the room becomes wet. This issue occurred in Room 1005 on the 10th floor. Please check and resolve it.

The room is spacious enough for muslim to pray. The mall is just downstairs and you can find verities of food to choose from. Valet parking is just a few steps from the main entrance. Staffs are friendly and very helpful.

1. No iron in the room. Provide one in each room please..tq 2. My family booked 3 rooms next to each other but i noticed that all doors are quite tight and hard to open and close.

Comfortable bed and spacious room for solo traveller. Good location as it attached to the mall and eateries area. Receptionist are good and friendly, Request to fill up the shower bottle they do immediately. Recommended 👍

There's are little mold in bathroom here and there but not too obvious, the sink water tap not fix well. Black table and wall looks never wipe and little dirtp.

Staffs are are all smiles and very helpful. The hotel is very convinient, there are shops nearby.

My room door was hard to open and close. Had to push it very hard to open and pull it hard to tightly close the door. No nearby self laundry shop nearby.

Front office staff was kind, friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was pretty straight forward. The price is suit to the basic amenities. Shopping mall under one roof.

There's no coffee house /hotel's restaurant. As a bussiness traveller, i need dine in restaurant especially for my early breakfast. No mini bar/fridge , mineral water (need heavily because there's no coffee house). Housekeeping needs improvement.

Spacious room. They will try their best to accomodate special requests. Comfortable bed, good water pressure and hot shower. Surprisingly good, they have fan. Something that I'm amazed.

Time taken to check in can be quite long. No built- in aircond controller near the bed. No free parking, except for flat rate multiple entry parking per day. No bottled water, just kettle for you to boil the water.

Spacious room..comfy bed. Spacious bath room. Free parking in the mall. Joining mall . Heaven.

I stayed 2 nights and room was not made io. When asked. The staff said I didn't request. I told her this is Hotel , rooms are made up everyday for those staying more than one night. She said this hotel is different. Management please look into this matter. 1. Make up the room as per others. 2. Stick a sticker in every room for guests info Or 3. Put a big notice at counter . So that all guests could see the hotel eoom make up rules.

Location and facilities around hotel was superb. Easy access to De Pulze Shopping Mall. Bed was comfy. Simple breakfast can be picked up at reception counter every morning and the food taste good. This is my 2nd time stayed at ths hotel. Definitely will come again as I love the location so much.

Please improve the cleanliness of the toilet and shower. Not that clean up to my standard. The toilet seat also must be replace as the current one is too old n looks dirty. Toilet bowl also not so clean. Same goes inside the shower area.
