All of the staff did a great job! When I was there, I had a great view on room 306. The room was very clean, the air-conditioning and water heater works, big space for one room and etc. There have a comfort sofa on their lobby and I sat there for a couples of minutes before I go to my room at night. The location are very good, you can go to Q-bistro or Hj. Tapah when you feel hungry at night, they open 24 hours, 7-eleven and the location is very safe to stay.

1. Cleanliness. Noticed Dirty bathroom! Not clean before check in. Water drain very slow. And the shower holder not in a proper condition,water flow too much from the pipe makes me worried. Worried if get letric shot because letric supplied through to use the shower! ***Need management concern and attention on this. . 2. Service/reception counter staff need more presentable as Enclave Hotel staff, knowledgeable with customer service skills, energetic and active. 3. Welcoming guests with smiley face no matter what races the guests.

The location is awesome..convenient.

Difficult to find parking spot just to get too the hotel. No parking provided by the hotel. Need to get whichever open parking nearest to the hotel or what was available even behind the hotel. Hotel need to provide parking fee free for their customers . Either provide coupon or card that stated we are customers of the hotel.

The location convenience to food and supplies outlets. For the price, they provided the basic needs well enough. Pleasantly surprised they provided dental kit, shower cap, hair dryer, water heater with mug and packet coffee and bottled water in the room. The front office staff were very polite. Well lit corridors and quite a few cctv in common areas. Felt safe.

I booked a windowless room. The paint on the wall was chipped and the colour was dull. Almost felt like staying in a store room. But since only stayed for the night, so not an issue. The towels were very well used that they looked greyish, should change them.

The room was tidy and fairly clean. The fridge was a bit dirty, but I didn’t use it. The place has plenty of nearby eateries. Will stay again.

Some guests might want to use the fridge, so they can ask the staff to make sure it’s clean.

Hotel near with great facilities like grocery shops, a lot of restaurant and food choice, pharmacies, clinics. All of them are walking distance. Room quit spacious and clean. A/C are already open upon arrival make us more comfortable.

Bathroom cleanliness 5/10, there are mold on the wall and floor. Price a little bit pricey for this room.

but im not sure how to switch off the side bed lamp, no hair dryer is provided in the room No parking , even the free parking is full at pick hour..

very strategic location, convenience to access for food and others

all are good, buy your staf a little bit not friendly... see me and my husband like we are doing something bad.. its because we only check in for 2 people? hurmm.. dont judge people easily.. not every person check in there doing unmorally.

The hotel lies in the middle of the town with grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. The room was fairly large and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

The bathroom needs a thorough clean-up. The bedding seems a bit too soft for me. Open parking space for vehicles available nearby but quite a distance away. Paid parking space around the hotel were always occupied 24 hours, unless you are very lucky.
