I recently stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience. The cleanliness is top-notch, with well-maintained rooms and common areas that made my stay incredibly comfortable. The peaceful and quiet environment created a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near Putrajaya, making it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a serene and comfortable stay, with great access to local attractions.

While my stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, I was disappointed with the TV setup. The television wasn’t functioning properly, and in this day and age, many people are used to Android TVs, which offer more convenience and options for entertainment. It would be a great improvement if the hotel upgraded from conventional TVs to Android TVs, providing guests with a more modern and user-friendly experience.

The strategic location that closed to eateries and other facilities - bank, clinic, private hospital, launderette etc

Could be improved if the wastage in front of the hotel be moved to other location. It impacts the hotel environment as the smell quite strong especially in the morning. PBT should play their role on this matter.

Location was so strategic and great as so many shop around for shopping and a lot choices of restaurant. The room quite spacious for family of 4/5 guest and the parking was free but subject to availability.

The rate of the charges should be lower a bit compare to the facilities and room provided.

The receptionist is good. I was late to the property due to unexpected circumstances, but the receptionist calls me with polite way and willing to help me check in at late hour. The environment is comfortable.

I like the location of this hotel. It's close to eateries, convenience shops, and within walking distance to a place where I attended my workshop. The room is clean and spacious, and the receptionist is helpful.

Excellent service by staff. Able to upgrade room. And staff was honest with accidentally charging extra charges and refunded the money immediately. Room was clean and neat. Need to bring own toiletries. Will stay again if go to bangi for business again.
