the room was spacious and clean. Good AC. Good water pressure. Check in staff is extremely nice and helpful. Parking is only RM5 ringgit flat rate using touch and go. just validate at the counter before going out.

I had to pay for parking and the apartment doesn't have any pot or pan for cooking even though it has a kitchen.

Not my first stay here. Always been my first choice for a stay in Bangi. Love the bed, extra pillows, breakfast & location.

Staff at Buffet Bfast : I was told "akak ambil sendiri, sudu kt situ.."when I asked him to set up vacant table for me, as other tables are occupied. & "tak boleh kak, susah nak buat" when I requested for 3/4 boiled eggs. BUt then Mr. Izzul helped us. Thank you. Staff at Vanilla cafe at the lobby area : interrupted our discussion and humiliated us in front of our guests by telling us that we hv to pay "now" because she needs to go out for a break. Not possible to charge the room because it's difficult. It would be fine if they had asked & answered politely / nicely. Where did all the well-trained staffs during my previous stay / visit ?

The buggy service was nice, and customer service also fast replies.. so helping and give good communication. the apartment very good and tidy. clean and worth the money with beautiful views balcony. access to pool and else is good and the breakfast is so nice and have many choices !

the apartment room serves the stove for cooking but when i read the rules, it say cant use for heavy cooking.. also there is not pan or cooking tools.. no bowl and cutleries.. just 3pcs teaspoon and small cups and saucers.. have to use tupperware to eat and fork bought from home.. had to go out to eat when night because cant use the stove. and also as suggestion to add netflix/smatv would be great attractions since astro is boring and limited access for shows.

The hotel is very beautiful. Very friendly staff that are willing to assist us. The room is also quite spacious with comfortable beds and accommodation. Muslim friendly too as they provide sejadah and Quran in the room. The water pressure is very good. Although there are 3 of us in one room and keep using the bathroom, there is no problem with it. We also like the ladies swimming pool. It feels more private. The breakfast are excellent with various type of food to choose. Will continue to stay in this hotel in the future.

There is no place to put the bath products in the shower area. The drainage is also quite slow around the toilet and sink areas.

1) The apartment was basically very spacious & the ambience was nice 2) All the basic ammenities that we needed was provided 3) Parking was easy too

1) Our main concern was the bathroom - there were constant water leakage from the plaster ceiling light. It was very inconvenient. 2) The water heater was not functioning well too. However, the electrician rectified it swiftly. 3) Also, we found it extremely annoying with the sound of the trella trucks. Keeps beeping and beeing on/off. No proper sound proofing I would say as our room was facing towards that trella trucks parking area. Our sleeps were disturbed. 4) Kind suggestion to provide more body shower gel. That small tube was not enough and it was not soapy.

Room very nice and i like your pillow ,so comfy and not too hard & soft.

I staying there one night and park thru valet. The next day when check out ,I saw my rear bumper seems have been hit.I talk to duty manager ,and they bring me to the car park where my car was park from valet guy. They show me the wall and no paint mark on the wall but request the CCTV no CCTV at the area. I cant proceed more ,cause no prove if i want to claim from the third party ( valet operator) Hope management will look this matter seriously.

I love the bed and pool. Room was spacious for 5 of us. So comfortable. The location was good too, not too close to bangi busy area. Nearby mall and the golf course. As for the hotel staff, all friendly especially at the reception desk (Mr.Bismillah). For EV user, u can charge your car at basement parking but u need to use your own charger (3 plug pin). I hope the hotel can install the EVC soon. I really enjoyed my stay here, the kids liked it too because the pool have slides and they can slide down straight to the water 🙂.

The room is spacious enough, and I love the pillows, super comfy. Its clean and smell nice as well. The buffet breakfast was good, we like the masala tea so much. Its near to our project place thus its very convenient for us. There's a pool only for Muslim women and how I wish had the time to go for a swim next time.

I wish the hotel could put trash bin somewhere near the lift or in the front area, I find it a bit hard to throw rubbish . Suggestions, put it somewhere discreet coz your hotel has a nice welcoming front.

Location very strategic, near to UKM, and Bandar Baru Bangi business centre. Breakfast has a lot of varieties from Nasi Lemak to Bubur and Laksa to breads and eggs. I love that they have separate Ladies Swimming Pool, specially for Muslimah.

It is a muslim-friendly hotel, but I am quite disappointed with the brand selection of coffee and tea in the room. They provide 3-in-1 NESCAFE and LIPTON TEA. And they also have cereals like Honey Star and Koko Krunch as well at the Breakfast table. As we all know, we are boycotting the products from Nestle and Lipton. I hope the management will be aware with what's they providing to the customers, regarding the current situation.
