The building is clean.

When I booked thru Booking.com, it never mentioned about my "booked" room has stair in order to go up to the room (mezzanine room). But when arrived at the hotel, the staff informed me that my "booked" room need to be accessed by using stairs. If I want the normal room without the stairs, then I have to pay extra. I ended up paying extra. So it is either Booking.com hide this information from me, ... or the hotel itself scammed me in order to get extra money (even the extra money is not much). For me, correct information and description of the room is crucial and need to be informed before hand. Thank you.

Everything is just perfect. I request for the llate checkin and the reception is very attentive and call me at 11pm to asked if i need extra bed after checking how many person are we. He did provide a complimentary extra bed and tge bed is ready before i check in. Its totally EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE given by the hotel. Well Done!! The room is spacious, with dining table and sofa. Got balcony some more. Its just awesome!! And then i left my sweather in the room after cek out and the team is very reaponsive and text me to get my things back after that. To Mgt, please reward those staff involved. I am beyond happy in the way they treat me and my family.

1. Most of the lights in the hallway and elevators area are turned off at night. Thus, it was pretty difficult for us to find our way in the dark. 2. You have to park your car somewhere outside before collecting the season parking pass because they don’t provide the touch n go card validation for parking. Unfortunately, there is no parking available at the front of the lobby and adding to that, it is also the only entrance to the basement parking. Hence, it took us a very long time to check-in and collect the parking passes for all the rooms (each room entitles a single parking pass) that we booked at once as we had to park elsewhere before entering the basement.

This hotel located in good place. We like that we can keep our luggage inside their reception while waiting for our checkin time. The receptionist also so nice and friendly to the guests. We came from Sabah, but they also trying their best to understand our “baku” language. One of the receptionist Ms Zahrah, is nice , i like the way she treat all the guest! If i got a chance to come back to Bangi, will definitely checkin back to this hotel!! Lurve it 👍

Clean, quiet, very accessible to Grab Car, lots of restaurants nearby, even a night market. The mattresses & pillows are superb. Iron and ironing board is provided in the room.

Need to climb up some stairs to reach the living room. But it’s not a big deal. Might be a bit troublesome if you have heavy luggages. The electric socket location is a bit odd, it should be around the head of the bed, not at the end of the leg or at a corner.

"The BEST" in BB Bangi after tried 3 hotels/apartment for the past 8 months. **This is NOT run by private owner or homestay style like others and had a counter to register and check in process at the lobby shared with other shopping outlets. Spacious & very clean room, 02 pillows each with sofa, dining table & chairs, kitchen counter plus washing sink. Easy access from clean under ground car park with clean glass lift, car park entrance 'touch n go' card provided by FDesk counter. Only 02 bulbs fused from bedside lamp. Unable to inform FDesk due to too sleepy and busy schedule. Ground floor food outlets and convenients store so easy, with walking distance daily nightmarket and "24hrs mamaks".

Nearby with dowtown market so you dont have to worry about the food. Walking distance to Bangi Gateway. The room is spacious. Basic amenities included. The room as per advertised. The housekeeping done cleaning daily.

Since we arrived at night, the direction to the hotel quite confusing. Much better if put the banner of your hotel outside the premise. The wifi quite slow. And i wish they provide mini fridge if possible.

kettle rusty, water heater rosak cannot adjust the temperature because the tombol was gone. and also aircond is cold but sometimes the aircond fan like turn off for about 5 to 10 minutes before it continue as usual.

Spacious and clean. Friendly staff and service was prompt.

Wifi works but a little unstable. Had a couple of Teams meetings during my stay and got disconnected a few times everytime. Bed is ok but they only provide 2 pillows whose plumpness could be better. Could also use 1 or 2 power sockets in the room.

There’s no proper place for us to park and go back in to return the parking lot pass. My husband had to drive around the area to look for a spot to park while handling our toddler. That was very inconvenient. Kindly arrange a easier method to return the card.
