Comfortable with plenty of amenities. Several restaurants on site with a nice swimming pool. Staff are very friendly and helpful and will accommodate most needs.

They require a 250MYR deposit for the room on top of what you pay for the booking. They will charge this to a credit card (which is bad for international travellers as credit cards don’t tend to have good exchange fees) or will require cash. We managed to convince them to take 100MYR as that’s all we had on us. It’s a strange policy and should be stated by the hotel when booking so guests can prepare. The bathroom also had some debris on the floor as it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly.

The breakfast was good. The have a large variety. The pol was huge and my family enjoy the facility.

The problem comes during the check in time. I booked two rooms and was under the impression that my family will be placed next to each other. To my surprise, our rooms were on separated by 5 floors! I took the trouble to send message to the hotel to request but the answer given was very standard. No body explained that the family room only available on the 1st floor. I only got to know on the day of check in. Thus, the check in process took so long to sort this out. By the end of the process, my family was already very tired. There is no comfortable sofa provided for people waiting to check in or welcome drinks. The hotel.management should look into this.

We usually stay at the Bangi Resort when staying for a week on our way to and from New Zealand. It is clean, friendly and the beds are very comfortable which is a must for us. It is about 40 minutes from Kualar Lumpur international airport and around 45 minutes from central city. We stayed a couple of days in the city to sight see and shop and then moved out to Bangi for a relax in the sun and by the amazing pool. There is amazing restaurants and food as well as a delicious burger outlet in the grounds. If you want to make it your only holiday destination to relax, sunbathe then this is the place. There are a few shopping malls within half an hour, The Mines being one of them. All in all great stay.

1) the staff are great, although some may seem forced to show their courtesy to customers 2) the room is spacious and sparkle clean this time. 3) in room dining -food portion is big n tasty 4) good rate with booking.com 5) fish pool - can feed fish ( fish food purchase at reception at MYR5.30/pack. 6) great massage spa - Look for Ms Midah..

1) far from town (wish they had a drop off n pick up free service to/fro town malls) 2) pool walls lots of moss especially near the trees. 3) check in 3pm but get room at almost 4pm 4) My Burger Lab didnt open on time, we had wasted 1.5 hrs waiting which we no choice decided to get lunch elsewhere. 5) wish had more time to use other facilities like the gym and sauna. (jacuzzi not operating) 6) parking nearby fully packed. Shud limit nearest parking to room guests and other events at the club parking lots. 7) inconsistent hot water supply. 8) sudden low water pressure causing shower stopped while i was washing my hair with full of shampoo.

Family room big for all 4 of us, breakfast was nice. Staff accommodating and help. Lots of parking. Serene and quiet surrounding, green fairway from the window calms us all.

The flooring in the Family Room is bare, no carpet, no wood flooring, just a very cold hard tiles. Hard in our feet. The Air-conditioning was too cold even if we turned it down to 30c and lowest fan, probably broken control. Room slippers not provided need to buy.

The environment kept you relax, you can watch the golfers playing live outside of the balcony lol while hubby kept the kids busy at the pool. The staff were excellent from the start, the warm welcome from the lobby to the staff that fixed our balcony door, very polite. There's a De Wan's restaurant, bakery, ice cream booth and Burger Lab, options, if you dont want to go out. Got plenty of restaurants outside the hotel within 5km. The best part was the room,squeaky clean and the RM 250 deposit was understandable to ensure the quality to kept ongoing. The kids room, the fish pond, the changing room and the seating area near pool everythings perfect. Keep up the good work and hope we can come back soon😊

breakfast - good as per standard hotel menu. bonus point - the Ferris wheel decoration at the entrance of lounge was nice for photo. another bonus point - got restaurant Chef Wan, bakery & Inside Scoop ice cream stall in the hotel! pool - quite spacious, didnt expect that. though crowded during school holidays still can enjoy swimming & nice ambience surrounded by coconut trees, fish pond, small flower garden & golf course. bonus point - got jacuzzi pool!! room-I got room with noisy aircond, cant sleep well so for hotel maintenance to improve. soap was not refill in shower & towel was wet when arrived, but house keeping attended to that when requested. got bath tub too in the room!

The room was spacious with a big balcony overlooking the pool area. The beds were comfortable and clean. They have a good spread for breakfast and good selection for kids. The pool was one of the main attractions in this hotel. The gymnasium was a good size and the treadmills are overlooking the golf course which was great. All in all we had a good stay at the hotel.

The parking is outdoor and not very well maintained. Wish they have a covered parking for guests, so that it’s easier to get to and from the car without having to go through the rain. Also, as we came during a public holiday weekend, the queue was so long at Reception and one of the rooms was only ready around 5.00 pm. If you want a relaxing and peaceful getaway, I suggest to not come during public or school holidays.
