Everything was so perfect, the staff has really great customer service

Hotel was newly opened after refurbishment when we were there. The room including the carpet and furniture were clean and new. Sheets were fresh and crisp. Hotel is situated in a quiet university campus, overlooking a tranquil lake. Great for morning walks or evening stroll. WiFi connection was superb.

Minor teething problems - lack of tissue box and TV channel directory. Won't stop us from returning, though.

I like the bed & pillow, parking, breakfast and the facilities inside. I have exam at MAEPS, so I can use Uniten Library to study and eat cheap with variety of food at the food court nearby. Its near MAEPS too. Love the simple breakfast, coffee machine and the student's vibe.

I like that the room is very spacious and clean. The Wi-Fi connection is strong, and I could watch YouTube and Netflix without any issues. Very comfortable stay. Great value for money, especially for meetings or business trips. I didn’t need a swimming pool or anything like that."

Under new hotel mgmt, they’ve injected new carpets, comfortable lobby area, newly designed rooms more fresh & comfortable. I stayed at the room with the lake view 😘. The receptionist lady name Lisa was very accomodating.

The sensor sounded so fast after opening the door. The door has gap , sometimes you can hear people walking.

Highly recommended! The breakfast is 8.5/10, the staff very helpful & friendly. Strategic location, cause nearby shopping mall. However, there is no swimming pool. But the view of the lake and mosque is so beautiful, breathtaking & warmly.

It's quite clean and location wise not far from my destination for work.(UPM) Breakfast served is superb.

As a senior citizens,parking is quite far from the lobby.
