All ok ,but the staf women is so bad (mak cik yg bawa anak) muka masam ,tkda senyum langsung ,bad service ever .pliz laa kalau stress keje situ ,brhnti laaa .we pay not free

I like the location. It is very near to the main city. There are many facilities around. The smell was good, it was clean everywhere. No shared toilets, and no random litter in the hallway. Overall, it was a good experience.

The window was broken in our room. When we asked the staff, they said there was nothing to worry about. But still, there are valuable things within us, and most importantly, our lives could be in danger. Hopefully, our concern will be taken seriously by staff next time.

Nearest to facilities..... All that just walking distance ....valued for money.... No need to drive to get your breakfast,lunch n dinner.... Just going down... Everything are there....👍🏾 Got mydin,zus,7E, nasi kandar🤗

Very good and comfortable room for solo traveller. The plug near at the bed making it easy for me to reach my phone when charging. The lighting, colour of the room, the room arrangement really satisfy me. The location is also very strategic near to laundry, 7eleven, watson, kk mart, mydin.

There are some place that might be missed during cleaning. The top of the rack and some corner have some dust. The toilet is also quite sticky maybe due to the cleaning method but overall everything is quite okay.

The room is spacious, equipped with kettle, table, side table, hanging rack and tv. The price matches its value.

The odour. It has a musky odour because of the damaged paint on the wall. I even bought an air freshener from mydin to help lighten the odour. The management could treat the wall with new paint for improvement.

Very strategic place to stay. So many convenience store, eating place & other facilities near hotel (loudry, bank, farmacy) Roti canai mamak beside the hotel very delicious.... The room is just nice, clean and look like new.smell good too.

Water coming out from shower too slow.. Take too much time to finish bath

The family room is spacious with comfortable 2 queen beds. The bathroom is clean with a convenient shower.

The air-conditioned takes quite a while to cool the room. The wifi is quite slow.

Many plug points (around 6 points) for a small room ** without window** is a strong win for me. Easy to charge your phone, camera and other electronic appliances. Stron water pressure.

They provide an iron but no ironing board.

The location is near many restaurants. I was beyond choices for dinner and breakfast.

There were guests who were talking/laughing/screaming until late at night. They should have gone to nearby restaurants if they wanted to have fun.

I love how the lobby decorated. They have lift, i have wonderful view, room is comfortable, AC is greatly functioning, they have water dispenser and hairdryer. Love it
