I would like to share my experience staying at Palm Garden Hotel in Putrajaya. My stay there was truly wonderful. The hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious, making it perfect for a family of four. I felt very happy and peaceful throughout my stay. The view from my room was beautiful and calming, which made my stay even more relaxing. One of the highlights of my experience was the “Kopi Dulu” served during their afternoon tea session. It brought back sweet memories of my younger days in my small hometown. Just a simple cup of coffee with biscuits but it reminded me so much of those cherished times. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Thank you very much!

This is my 4rd stay in this hotel (2nd in this year) & overall really happy about the professional service they maintain, cleanness, comfortable, kind staff, excellent breakfast, good location, jnterconnecting room for my family, flexibility of staff in accommodating our requests i.e. able to get late check out. Also enjoyed local durain serving at the garden area.

It will be good if toilets equipped with separate manual closet instead of the built-in closet. Also minor comment on chairs cleaness at breakfast area.

Exceptional! Now shall become our top option place to stay when we here! It is what you expected off the brand chain.. from the front desk to the consierge and to the F&B staff! Excellent people and customer service treatment! Amazing room, comfortable bed, and importantly clean! Delicious food, variety of options serving during breakfast, friendly F&B team, showcase great customer hospitability! Excellent front desk staff and consierge! From checking in to checking out. I am impressed how this place turned up after refurbishment. It wasn't this level of quality prior this.

Everything is amazing although if one bit of improvement would be the house keeping.. our room hasn't been made up not until 4.30pm. We went out in the morning hoping it be done by time we back around 2pm sadly it wasn't.. Nothing major.. good thing we only back for a while for quick rest and fresh up before need to head out again.. so the staff able to sort this out before we back to our room around 8pm.. (probably had done prior that anyways)

Arrived at 4pm and the room was not ready (was offered late checkout so not bad). The front desk staff (he was not friendly) informed that he’ll call my mobile when the room is ready, but never actually updated me about the room. Ended up checking in at 6pm. This staff does not reflect the whole image of this establishment, but bad service nonetheless

Friendly staff, good service. They served a afternoon tea after checked in. Then they provide shuttle van from hotel to ioi and ioi to hotel. The swimming are large and clean. The breakfast are super duper good. Although I am vegetarian I still have many options. They also have buggy to fetch us to our parking. And it's free parking.

Can add more facilities, for now only have gym room, swimming pool and kids room. I hope they have karaoke room, badminton or table tennis or snooker then will be great enough. And I hope they can have bath tub in bathroom.

Kind staff, excellent break fast, good location, clean & comfortable, very good facilities, enjoyed the durian serving at hotel garden. I was upgraded to executive rooms which where interconnecting for my family

no thing major just little minor things missing soap (hand wash) at bath room sink but we used body wash from the shower, also some chairs at break fast area could be cleaned.

So nice I stayed twice 5 mins to the mall.. modern spacious elegant rooms..55 inch LG.. Amazing staff eager to help

I especially enjoyed the selection of local dishes, which added an authentic touch to the meal. The service was prompt and attentive, ensuring that the breakfast experience was enjoyable from start to finish.

I was disappointed with the handling of my request for a late checkout. Despite mentioning it during the booking, no attention was given to my request, and I wasn't offered the opportunity for a late checkout. This was a letdown, as it would have made my stay even more convenient and relaxing.

The hotel is a class of its own. Everything is well planned and executed. From the moment we stepped into the hotel and until we left, we were treated with smiles, true hospitality, and professionalism. The staff, the service, the attention to details.The breakfast, the pool, the gardens, the courtyard, the afternoon tea, and coffee. Everything was executed to perfection. Kudos to the hotel manager (first ever handwritten welcome note I ever received from a hotel, an excellent idea), We would recommend Palm Gerdens to family and couples it is definitely worth the money.

We loved the service. From check in, to the restaurants, to the pool and any common area, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was huge. The breakfast spread was delicious and with many choices. The kids truly enjoyed the slide in the pool, sandcastle corner and the movie night with smores under the stars.

We booked the Tamara, King room but it only had a double bed. Wished it was King bed instead. The shower was awkward, the shower knob was far from the shower and it was an open concept which made the toilet so wet and messy especially having kids around.
