I would like to share my experience staying at Palm Garden Hotel in Putrajaya. My stay there was truly wonderful. The hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious, making it perfect for a family of four. I felt very happy and peaceful throughout my stay. The view from my room was beautiful and calming, which made my stay even more relaxing. One of the highlights of my experience was the “Kopi Dulu” served during their afternoon tea session. It brought back sweet memories of my younger days in my small hometown. Just a simple cup of coffee with biscuits but it reminded me so much of those cherished times. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Thank you very much!

Exceptional! Now shall become our top option place to stay when we here! It is what you expected off the brand chain.. from the front desk to the consierge and to the F&B staff! Excellent people and customer service treatment! Amazing room, comfortable bed, and importantly clean! Delicious food, variety of options serving during breakfast, friendly F&B team, showcase great customer hospitability! Excellent front desk staff and consierge! From checking in to checking out. I am impressed how this place turned up after refurbishment. It wasn't this level of quality prior this.

Everything is amazing although if one bit of improvement would be the house keeping.. our room hasn't been made up not until 4.30pm. We went out in the morning hoping it be done by time we back around 2pm sadly it wasn't.. Nothing major.. good thing we only back for a while for quick rest and fresh up before need to head out again.. so the staff able to sort this out before we back to our room around 8pm.. (probably had done prior that anyways)

So nice I stayed twice 5 mins to the mall.. modern spacious elegant rooms..55 inch LG.. Amazing staff eager to help

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, from a cozy bed to modern amenities. The attention to detail was evident, and I appreciated the little touches that made the room feel welcoming and relaxing. Breakfast at the hotel was also a highlight. The variety of options was impressive, with something to suit every taste. The food was fresh, delicious, and well-presented. I especially enjoyed the selection of local dishes, which added an authentic touch to the meal. The service was prompt and attentive, ensuring that the breakfast experience was enjoyable from start to finish.

I was disappointed with the handling of my request for a late checkout. Despite mentioning it during the booking, no attention was given to my request, and I wasn't offered the opportunity for a late checkout. This was a letdown, as it would have made my stay even more convenient and relaxing.

The hotel is a class of its own. Everything is well planned and executed. From the moment we stepped into the hotel and until we left, we were treated with smiles, true hospitality, and professionalism. The staff, the service, the attention to details.The breakfast, the pool, the gardens, the courtyard, the afternoon tea, and coffee. Everything was executed to perfection. Kudos to the hotel manager (first ever handwritten welcome note I ever received from a hotel, an excellent idea), We would recommend Palm Gerdens to family and couples it is definitely worth the money.

We loved the service. From check in, to the restaurants, to the pool and any common area, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was huge. The breakfast spread was delicious and with many choices. The kids truly enjoyed the slide in the pool, sandcastle corner and the movie night with smores under the stars.

We booked the Tamara, King room but it only had a double bed. Wished it was King bed instead. The shower was awkward, the shower knob was far from the shower and it was an open concept which made the toilet so wet and messy especially having kids around.

room - newly updated, nice quality of body , hair shampoo, nice selection of tea bags, ... can improve , maybe add more types of tea, the bathrobe is excellent .... the cotton is very nice, the mattress is nice, the pillows are great !! the towels are not so fluffy , probably should be thicker and absorb water more. Overall , the room is very clean. maybe may add scent of essential oils in the lobby, to create a more welcoming atmosphere as guests arrive. And chilled water for guests to have while waiting in the lobby during check in or waiting for transport.

the transport to IOI mall, took a long time, some guests got upset and decided to walk, but i ask the driver to pick them up as they were walking on the road towards IOI mall

Happy guest here! From JB to KL, Palm garden always my favourite choice to stay whenever i need to atttend wedding or event around Bangi area. Thank u so much for ur great hospitality and service. Plus, location near to IOi citymall putrajaya. Friendly staff. Fast checkin checkout process. Food sedap, comffortable room. Brilliant ide when using pandan and serai as part of landscapingi plant at the side walk park heading to swimming pool they look healthy i enjoyed my garden kinda feeling.Enjoy playing foossball table after our morning breakfast walk.. Ill definitely will come.back again for our next short staycation.

Cleaning staff was slamed the cupboard door quite loud while doing their cleaning task next door. Anyway everything else was great.

The hotel has been undergo major renovation from my previous stay. The room renovated. Nice design and comfortable. In the family room, enough chair and table to enjoy tea time in the room. The coffee time in the courtyard provide nice traditional snacks and malaysia board games. The lift was renovated, i remember last time the old Lift was very slow. Now it is improved a lot. The swimming pool and gym also renovated. My family enjoyed so much the time at the pool. Compliementary floaties are plus point for the kids. The overall service and staff performance was improved! Nicely greet and welcomed. Fast response for requested things. Kudos to the staff at the courtyard cafe during the coffee time!

Some of the pillow is a little bit smelly.

I love everything about this hotel! I like the way all staff treat me & family, makes me feel like I’m home🫶🏻. Plus the breakfast service is tiptop - the staff & food option is sooo good. I really recommend you guys to stay here. And they also have complimentary coffee w kuih for customer @ afternoon hours. Sooo good😍. Even my husband impressed with the vibes (which is he always doesn’t care 🤣). And yesss I will come again with my others family. Thank you team Palm Garden Hotel for you execellent service 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻
