A Truly Relaxing Stay with Great Facilities! I had an amazing experience staying here! The environment was peaceful, modern, and beautifully maintained — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The room was spacious and very clean, with a cozy atmosphere and elegant design. Facilities were top-notch — from the comfortable seating area to the thoughtful touches like the tent for kids, everything was well-prepared and family-friendly. Loved the natural lighting from the large windows and the stylish decor. As a Marriott Bonvoy Elite member, I really felt the premium experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, space, and quality!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The check-in process was seamless, and the receptionist took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff was exceptionally friendly, with a special mention to a lady, who I believe was the floor manager, who made my daughter feel particularly welcome by showing her around the lobby. Our room was spacious and perfectly suited for four people, as requested during the booking. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch, and they were especially great for families with children. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, friendly staff, and family-friendly amenities.

We had the ala carte lunch and breakfast buffet. Both were fantastic in terms of menu selection, presentation, taste and price. The buffet was a great blend of western and local cuisine. I especially enjoyed trying Malay / Indian dishes. The staff was friendly and the restaurant manager checked in on us from time to time to make sure we had everything we needed. Used the gym a couple of times. The equipment was great, facility well maintained and the grounds was lush. The shuttle to the mall was very helpful.

Nothing I didn’t like. Minor suggestion - install anti slip guards for the bathtub. Very slippery when getting in / out.

to improve the landscape at the border between swimming pool & IOI outdoor park, it looks more like a plant nursery, spoil the view & the hotel's image.

The unanswered reception call every time i called for service, my bathroom door was noisy and repaired after complaints, the room had some rubbish, which was not cleaned up under the bed. The worst experience is long que for 2 days for bfast buffet and no response from reception staff after I informed to reserve table since i brought my mother who is a diabetes patient and cannot wait long for bfast.

We had a wonderful stay at Putrajaya Marriott. The staff truly made our experience unforgettable. Firstly, the receptionist, Sarmila, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel at home and provided us with all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. Sarmila went above and beyond by making special arrangements for our little girl, who has food allergies, ensuring she had safe and delicious options to eat. Her professionalism and friendliness were much appreciated. The restaurant manager, the receptionist at the buffet counter, and the chef also deserve special mention. Both dinner and the breakfast buffet were outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. The buffet manager ensured everything was perfectly organized and attended to all guests with great care.

While our overall experience was fantastic, we did notice that the water in the children swimming pool was slightly cloudy. This was a minor inconvenience, but it didn't significantly impact our stay.

stayed there for 2nights (23-25 of december) but everything is awesome (except a little hiccup during check in in which we have to wait about 30 mins for our room to be ready but its understandable its the peak time of the year after all) . our request is delivered to room almost instantly, the staffs from room operator, the counter, the buffet area, the one at the door all are friendly , very helpful and always smiling. the room is clean and smell nice.

Receptionist was a little bit exhausting maybe due to heavy workload. Mostly didn't even smile. I requested a connecting rooms but they said I had to wait until before 6pm only could get the room because housekeeping had lots rooms to clean. In the end I just got the normal rooms side by side.

I love eveything bout the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. I had the pool view and i can even see the twins tower from afar. The breakfast spread was decent. The in room dining were delicious with of coz the hotel price. Rm18 for a pepsi can 😅 The pools were great. Its big enough to fit the crowd and with 2 slides that made the kids happy. There were also foc activities for the kids. Shuttle was also provided hourly to ioi city mall. I would definitely come again

Breakfast spread was amazing and we were spoilt with choices. Amazing staff, great ambience and vibes. Definitely the place to stay for family vacation! The deejay at the pool, is lit!!!

The check-in was too long. We ended up getting our keys at 4pm-ish instead of checking in at 3pm. Was hoping we would be offered meal vouchers of coffee vouchers due to the delay to compensate the delay check-in, but none.
