New , clean , strategic location

a staff at the front office ( a girl with specs working at 12pm on the 31st August ) was rude . we asked nicely for a late check out however she could have been a little less rude to us . we loved our stay but that particular person needed a course in hospitality .

The hotel is right next to IOI City Mall. I booked it specifically because I wanted to go shopping. We received a warm welcome from the staff, who also provided us with a welcome drink. The check-in process was smooth and easy. We will definitely come back!

The hotel is still very new, but there are areas where improvements could enhance guest comfort: 1.The lobby area was excessively noisy with loud music and guests playing games. While I don't mind the games, management might consider lowering the music volume to make conversations easier. 2. In my opinion, the mattress and pillows were quite uncomfortable; I woke up with a bad back pain. On the bright side, the quilt was amazing! 3. The glass door in the bathroom meant to separate the wet and dry areas didn't work properly. The dry area flooded whenever we took a shower. 4. There's only a water sprayer and no hand bidet near the toilet, which was quite inconvenient.

location - linked to mall, self-service laundry, comfy gym with a view help for a longer stay. always choose the twin booster room for more space. (booster twin is BIGGER than booster queen actually). connecting rooms available, so we connected both these types of rooms. added touches for family fun. fantastic singing duo every evening

Perfect location. Hotel is just steps away from IOI Mall which is so huge! It's not possible to comb through all the shops. Be sure to check out IOI Mall directory. Very safe location to bring kids and elderly. No busy road and noisy traffic, plus you can't feel the hot weather! Activities are mostly indoors. Lots of eateries and restaurants around. It's like a Genting Highlands without the casinos. Rooms are very clean. Free amenities include shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, in-room slippers, water, coffee and tea.

Room size is average. Comfortable and spacious if you have just one luggage. Breakfast is basic. Restaurant area is small, so it may be hard to find seats during breakfast peak hours.

The hotel is right next to IOI city mall so shopping an food is excellent. Car park was excellent and safe as it goes through 2 barriers identifying your vehicle electronically - impressive. Location is great for a one night stop over on the way further north to Camerons or Penang, or south to JB as it keep you out of the crowded and jammed roads of KL.

Finding the hotel was a bit confusing but that is true for all KL flyovers and road signs. Door and room are a bit thin walled as we can hear children running and playing on the way to the elevators. The room they gave me was just a room - maybe I paid for the cheapest room. No view and no wardrobe - just hangers on the wall. Hence an overnight stay is fine.

Location is very strategic attached to a mall. Not that far if you coming from KLIA to sleep over before heading home from long haul flight at night. Vibrant modern look instagramable. Room a bit small but bed very comfortable Shower pressure superb, AC is cool and funtioning.

No closet just large hooks on the wall to hang your clothes. This made the room messy hanging clothes openly Room not enough lighting especially near the dressing mirror Buffet breakfast food not warm enough most of the time cold. Taste of food a bit flat. However good selection of food offered.

fabulous breakfast spread, loved the food and this is my go-to hotel whenever I am in KL. Very chicc hotel. The fact that the shopping mall is less than a minute walk is so much more advantageous! Just suberb!

There was nothing not to like. From the way they welcome you with a smile that puts you completely at ease, and then while waiting you a given a complimentary refreshing drink (double thumbs up), and then they ask you if they could tell you more about the facilities unlike other places where they rattle off without even checking in and make sure you are all ok check whether you need help with luggage, thank you for being a bonvoy member and then show you the lift superb service.

the deco is very hipster and insta worthy. the staff was polite and helpful. I had lunch at the in house restaurant and my food was a bit late. there was this young Indian lady staff (I didn't catch her name) she was so helpful and tactful dealing with our concern and I really appreciate it. the Bolognese pasta was one of the best pasta I ever had. the breakfast was great too. it had all the varieties of the food that you expect in a breakfast buffet. they even have freshly squeeze juice.

there was no in room iron. had to go to another room for that matter

The staffs were very nice and accomodating. They allowed me to check in earlier since the room was ready. Location wise was excellent. Situated at the new wing of ioi city mall. Easier access to the mall compared to Le Meridien. The price was affordable. The room was very clean, the shower gel smells really nice. Variety of cuisines during breakfast. And most importantly EVERY CORNER OF THE HOTEL SMELLS REALLY NICE ESPECIALLY THE LOBBY!!!! Can someone tell me what kind of diffuser did they use at the lobby because i love it so much!!!

Very cozy and coveneint ! This is my probably 5th time I have stayed in this hotel for the last few months !! Whether for work or holiday it is great !!! Food choices are fantastic in the mall and the hotel food is really good !!! Shopping is great and even a stroll at the mall just right next to the hotel can be very relaxing !! I will always be back as long I have meeting in Putrajaya !!! To top it all ; the staff are helpful and totally friendly!!!!!! many thumbs up !!! Thank You
