Spacious room for 2, friendly receptionist and strategic location. Near the IoI mall and walkable distance.

Room B102 - our bathroom door: the keyhole and keylock are broken hence need to change the door so that your customer can lock the door at ease instead of slamming it forcefully to close. Iron board - better to buy a new one or buy another board's cover. Must be careful when using the iron because the heating surface looks sticky and dirty, might stain the clothes - i got one stain imprinted on my Baju Batik.

The location is good. The room also okay for a family of three. The checkin and checkout process also smooth. Overall it meets my expectation.

I think they need to mention to prepare cash for security deposit, bcs I didnt prepare small cash that time during checkin but the staff is helpful. And also the parking is quite far i think, and during my time its raining so not convenience just like that. Overall i am enjoying my stay.

1) No mirror provided in the room only in bathroom 2) Lighting not on point 3) Massage chair is available in room but not working :( 4) Parking is limited near the facility, no reserved parking for hotel guest. However had multiplex parking available nearby just no lift for elderly. Free public parking. 5) Located near busy road. Noisy at time. Room not soundproof

Hidden gem value for money Free parking all day thru We were back and forth to serdang hospital. Indeed a life saviour and a span away Every floor accessible by lift Smooth check in and out Staff's very accommodating

The water dispenser machine is out of service thru out our stay

I like the place where a lot of restaurant and convenience store nearby.

My hair dryer in my room not function. Parking in front of the hotel always full. Iron and its board missing when i want to use it in the morning

Maintenance of lift cnt use is complete settle before 24 hours

Towel is not suitable to use because the comdition

1) Limited TV channel subscribe 2) Massage chair not function 3) Mirror only in bathroom 4) Limited lamp in room area 5) Low quality of wall room cant absort sound from the next room (can hear makcik bawang chit chat). Need to improve wall absorption 🤣

Location price n facilities nearby as well as da price.

Hot shower sometimes do not work properly amd toilet isnt clean properly too.

Just i find the matress is quite hard and need to add more signage to find the sovotel main reception especially when u at the back of the hotel.
