It’s a brand new hotel, unlikely to pop-up in the google map yet but the hotel is not hard to find. It is located above Klinik Dr Najwa. It has elevator that makes it easy to carry our luggage and stuff. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room is clean and amenities like kettle, some mugs and water were prepared in the room. The room was spacious, the toilet is clean too. However, that I booked is with window which is facing the main road, keep in mind that it can be a bit noisy and uncomfortable for people that prefer quite and calm surroundings bcs you can hear the cars and bikes till late night. Not much of a big deal for us, we enjoyed our stay here and it’s very convenient to stay at this hotel because there are so many shops and restaurants that is just within walking distance. All in all it was a great stay and will book here again!

Parking is not available, and you need to park at the roadside. But it is understandable bcs the property is at the upper level of lot kedai.

Overall just nice, good place to stay.

No sound proof inside the rooms, can hear clearly sound and movement from next rooms.

No breakfast is provided. It is new hotel under renovation but decent stay as the environment is clean and tidy. Just nice stay as it is near to my office work for 3day 2 night stay. The room is clean and basic toilette in place. Only issue is to get parking near to hotel due to public parking. Recommended to others as it is a decent comfortable stay.

No hotel Signboard placed at outside and find difficult to look for the hotel entrance. After call few times to hotel recipients then only manage to find the hotel entrance as the hotel located at second floor on the building beside Najwa Clinic.

The room is suitable for 2 person. The room is clean. The bed were nice 👍🏻. The price for the room is cheap. The staff is amazing 🤩

I hope the hotel make a proper signage for water dispenser and the ironing location, is hard to find. I have to ask the reception. For the room I hope they also make signage for kiblat.

Clean and tidy

The staff attitude, waiting for get in to the premise and called many times but nobody respond, when people pick up phone and I said I wants to check in, the female staff very rude and said "Check in laaa!", I said yes but nobody at the counter. Please improve the staff hospitality.

This is more to the external environment and not something that can be controlled by the management, which is the noise of the bikers at night can be a bit too much for us to get our rest. And hopefully the management has fixed the a/c problem that we had during our stay.

The cleanliness, minimalist but suits our needs just for the sleep and rest.

The iron and ironing board is placed at one corner (outside from the room) without a place to.hang the cloth once ironing were done, even you only bring a pair of clothes. Should arrange some hook or place to hang.

It was a bit hard to find the place at first but I understand as this is a new hotel so maybe they didn’t put up a sign yet outside. But i googled it and saw a picture that it was above klinik dr najwa, then it was easy.

There' a lot of places to eat there. A lot of shops. There's also clinics around. Laundry shop available 24 hours. Very convenient. Except for parking places. Quite hard to get one.
