The room was very spacious and well appointed. The shower had good water pressure and Balmain amenities that were good. Right next to the newly opened Pavilion Damansara Heights and had a lot of food choices. DC Hall was next door and quiet. Like that it's away from the hustle and bustle of KL city. Car park was safe and affordable (not complimentary even for hotel guests) - well-lit and have security

Breakfast variety and standard could be improved especially when guests are paying RM60 per pax per morning.

The staff here are incredible, very welcoming and accomodating. Room was spacious and clean. A great pool, which was quiet so we often only had to share it with a handful of other guests. We also ate at the buffet for dinner on the first night. An incredible selection of sushi, meats, local cuisine and desserts. It was also priced very fairly, and we received a 15% discount as staying guests. Highly recommend, a quality hotel at a fair price!!

Location is a little bit out from the main city area, there are a couple smaller malls within walking distance but not a huge amount to do in the direct surroundings of the hotel, so expect to take a 15-20 min taxi to start your days.

The cable tv reception is not very good. Screen keep showing pixels and one day the celestial movie channel was blackout but has audio only. Bed a bit soft. Long list of pillow menu. I chose 2 different types of pillows but ended up no difference with any of the existing pillows in the room. Booking.com mixed up my booking ref. No. It did not match with the one sofitel has but I don't think it is the hotel's fault. I hope I hv a way to feedback to booking.com

It is located near Pavilion Damansara, so the area is newly built including the hotel. The room is spacious with all the amenities you need. Bathroom is really big. And the bed is really comfortable. Probably the biggest King Bed I have ever slept on. Check in is seemless and fast. The staff are very professional and polite.

The price is a little on the high side. The experience is really good though, so I would still say it is a value for money stay. I don't really have much to complain about as the experience I had met my expectations, even with the high price.

The hotel is magnificently beautiful and strategically located. The hotel staff were very hospitable, responsive to our needs, and provided us with impeccable service throughout our stay. The room was clean, spacious, cozy, and comfortable. The facilities and amenities provided by the hotel are up-to-date and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety to choose from, the quantity provided was always sufficient and timely replenished, and more importantly, it was super delicious. It definitely made our staycation very memorable and my wife's birthday extra special. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent location. and now with pavilion next door, very convenient for food and shopping. staff were very helpful and courteous. unfortunately, didnt have time to use the pool and gym.

only downside was the room was a bit musty. the ventilation and aircon can do with some servicing and freshening up. otherwise, excellent

The room was fantastic, spacious, clean and very quiet for working and sleeping purposes.

There's room for improvement in the breakfast service. The quality of the food wasn't always great, and most things looked like they'd been sitting there a while. Access to the property was also challenging for taxis who mostly didn't know where they were going.

I liked the overall experience staying there. The rooms were well appointed and loved the bathroom and the comfortable bed. The front desk was helpful into making sure that my needs were all taken care off

Not a big issue but the curtains could not be completely drawn shut. This allowed light in the the morning and as I am sensitive to light in my sleep environment, it was hard to sleep in.

I’ve got to hand it to the staff of this hotel. From the start till the end of our trip, we have been treated as a priority. They have been so accommodating with unexpected events that happened, and the manager made it a point to check in on us every day. The hotel itself is pretty new and it’s lavish style and excellent location is really value for money. Our friends and family who stayed at the same time as us also complimented the buffet breakfast, the facilities, the spa, and the hotel rooms. We would definitely stay here again and once again thanks to each and every one of the staff that made our trip exceptional.

I didn’t like that our trip had to end and I had to leave the room! We wished we could have stayed here longer!

It was not my first time staying in this hotel. The front desk did extremely well in welcoming me. The spa is excellent. The wifi is strong. Parking has more signage, which is an improvement. Received a welcoming drink, which is an additional plus point.

The housekeeping is slightly poor this time. I saw the housekeeper performing housekeeping in a nearby room, but mine was skipped. I have to call the housekeeping line to instruct the housekeeping needed. Bath salt wasn't being replenished either. It wasn't at such the last time I visited. Improvement is required.
