I booked a one bedroom premiere apartment, it was so worth it for the money I have paid, everything was perfect , and no complains . Will come again .

Only minor issues ,the TV as there’s no Netflix or anything , just the basic local channels. Hope can look into it and I swear it’ll be top tier. Also the part when you can only pay via cash and credit card for the deposit RM150, not everyone has a credit card and please look in to it to enable debit card as well .

Hotel staff were very warm, pleasant and attentive. Ann was very helpful with any enquiries. The staff were helpful in accommodating an early check out and facilitating a smooth process. The room was very clean and spacious. There a pleasant surprise with the balcony view overlooking the palace.

The location is not near any MRT/LRT stations but can easily get Grab and is opposite a shopping mall

The cheerful staff, especially Nani, Ann n Sufian, are very kind and helpful. Even the cafe staff n security guards are friendly n helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast. Love having free parking in a secure location. A 5 minutes' walk via a pedestrian bridge to a nearby mall for other nice food options just behind the mall. Thank you.

Very large studio room and we had a nice view of the palace and parts of the city buildings in the distance. Felt safe due to the security guards and it was away from the main road so a bit more quiet, also connected to a shopping centre with restaurants which was convenient. The cafes outside the hotel were really good for breakfast!

The only negative is that it's not in the heart of the city so you need to get a Grab into the city/a train station each time for tours etc. But you get a larger space and it's more peaceful.

Very convenient location, nice and luxurious setting in the room. Kept clean. Liked the apartment, easily accessible.

Made confirmation by request via booking messaging to check out at 2pm without additional and was agreed. Did double confirmed on this during check in and staff said yes. But on the day of check out, received call at 1.10pm saying, no had only extension till 1pm, the staff insisted on it and made it around like I had mistook the info. Best to have proper communication and also don't change after providing confirmation to guest.

I had an excellent stay at Damas Suite Residences. The staff were incredibly welcoming I want to especially thank Ann for her exceptional service and warm hospitality. The facilities are modern, clean, and well-maintained, providing a perfect backdrop for a relaxing stay.

Staffs are all friendly, even the securities are also very helpful. Very cosy room and almost everything are all well affixed in the room. 👍👍👍

The parking quite confusing to locate since there’s no clear sign for the guest to come in. Also, the tv should be installed at the centre in the room (should be in front of the bed). Addition, quite inconvenience to find nearby halal food / cafes.

The room was excellent and service was superb. Room service was great and on time. Special thanks to Miss Ann Jaafar who accommodated all of my needs during my stay.

given only 1 cad access and 1 key only. lobby for check in check out in different zone than resident place and lack of temporary parking outside lobby to register in and out.

Excellent Location. Free parking (if you get your Touch &Go validated at the check in desk ) Very private. Very safe location. Easy access to mall/ restaurants etc.

No plug points in the main room. There is nowhere to plug in a laptop.
