The whole facility - from the folks at reception, to security, to amenities (laundry!) to the rooms were exceptional. If anything was amiss, it was rectified immediately. Very good sized apartment and everything was in good working order in the apartment. Very well managed and very clean!

This was at the top end of our budget and we were looking for less expensive places, but it was so well managed and we were able to park our car in the secure car park. Some small things - one of the dryers did not work well and the washing machine spin dryer wasn’t super effective (but did the job!). The double bed could be updated to a queen or king.

The unit was spacious and comfortable for whole family. Kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils along with washer and dryer- very convenient. Bedrooms were cozy .We even ended up hosting a small family gathering there during raya period. The smart tv provided many streaming channel, easy to use and very convenient.

The floor of whole unit was dusty, very likely due to owner opened the bathroom window for ventilation. The shower for connecting bathroom for the 2nd and 3rd bedroom may not be suitable for elderly as the shower was in the bathtub itself- quite difficult to get out feom the bathtub.

So many reasons why I am always choosing Wedgewood. The cleanliness of the room, shower, bath tub and even the utensils. Are at top notch,The friendly staff remembers me and though sometimes I forgot to request a smoking room, whenever he is on duty, he always gives me a smoking room. I can feel that Wedgewood is not just a place for you to stay for the night but, reminds you of the comfort you had at home.

Honestly, I don't like this part but this is for your improvement. 1.The drive way of the parking path is too low for my car. Every time I drive from a higher level to a lower level, my front bumper will hit the floor. 2. A few of your equipment in the room are newly and following the current trend such as smart tv. However, the air-conditioner seems run down. There were times when i saw papers were put at the air-conditioner. And there was one time a Tupperware was inserted at the swing area of the air conditioner. Maybe because of leaking or, any other reasons. But, it is not a Wedgewood standard i believe. 3. One more thing.. the smelly towels. I am particular on this. One of my many stays, I had encountered this but, I let go of it since I can use the other one.

The unit is large and suits with our family members of 8 pax. TV channel is full of movies to watch. Staff are so friendly and courtesy.

We had been staying here several times. However, on our recent stay, we had been given a unit W6-2, which we never ever stayed before. The dine area and living area lighting's was so dim. Should add on more lights. Air-conditioned unit esp in living room as well function but not really cold. 16C set, but felt like 24C. Microwave symbol button as well faded and difficult to set for cooking.

It's like a hotel, just pick up the keys from reception. Remember, this is not a hotel, so do not expect hotel services. It's an apartment. However, Grabs are cheap and you get food delivered whenever you want, unless you eat out, which is also cheap. Breakfast is available here.

Friendly staff. Nice area, clean and tidy place. Private parking was excellent. Very near to my favourite Masjid Wilayah too. I always come here for business trip and vacation with family. It's like my second house here whenever I travel back from working abroad. Wish to have more discount from the hotel as I frequently stayed here for business and leisure trip.

Noisy as close to the highway and one of the windows for the double glazing couldn’t close completely.

Overall all ok for staying. Just the toilet for window curtain, not fully covered, we can see outside even curtain already down. And the bath tub, make me shocked when i coming to toilet in the middle of the night. there creative drawing(i believe from previous guest draw the face in the bath tub). Sacred me 😅. Toiletries not there, need to ask from staff and they only provide the tooth brush and tooth paste. Aircon in the master bedroom not cold & keep off. Already complaint and the technicians has come to fixed. However keep repeating the Aircon not cold & keep off but itself. So we decided to on the fan maximum speed

The staff was so friendly and helpful from the security guards at the entrance to the reception staff. The apartment was very spacious and great for a family of four.

There was a noise from the AC in the lounge area.

The apartment was very spacious and spotless. Living room, bedroom and bathroom were very spacious with both tub and showers. The common areas were very classy and cosy, with a colonial feel. Ahmed at the reception was exceptional.

Our room was facing the highway and we could hear the traffic but that did not bother us much.
