The breakfast options were amazing and so much variety. The staff were attentive and even let us check in early as we arrived earlier than expected. The facilities are incredible (pool- gym) were all fabolous. The only downfall was that our room was not cleaned every day (I am guessing maybe understaffed) or the cleaner would come in the afternoon after we had been out all day. Other than that- we loved our stay and would come again for sure!

It was great location for what we needed, great breakfast, very comfortable bed and spacious for 2 bedrooms apartment. There are two malls right next to the hotels and they have so many restaurants you can choose from.

We just noticed that the bathroom (the second bathroom) was messy, like you have not finished your job well, specially around the bath tub, the black mark on it. The bathroom window couldn’t be closed so it made annoying noise all night and also under the sink the storage wood chipped that you need to fix it.

Honestly I have more rave reviews for Hyatt House AFTER our stay. My daughter and I stayed here for a couple days as we were preparing to move out of the country. Hyatt House was lovely, comfortable, and supremely well-located for all the last-minute move items we had to attend to. The staff was kind, the breakfast was tasty, the bed was comfortable, and the view from the pool was spectacular...a perfect end to our stay in Malaysia. All that said, the icing on the cake was indeed after we left. My daughter left her beloved stuffed animal in the room and we only realized this once we were at the airport, prepping for traveling back to the US. The staff at Hyatt House looked for her (the stuffy) and sent pictures as to her well-being. They helped organize transportation back to us and now all is right with the world. I highly recommend staying here.

The best hotel that I have ever been in Kuala Lumpur (and I have been to a lot)! Honestly! The staff was super friendly and hospitable! Breakfasts were great, lots of choice 👍 they even made Teh Tarik from scratch upon our request, really appreciate it! The room exceeded my expectations! Roof pool was very relaxing and refreshing! Mr Aditya and his team are the best! I honestly cannot find anything that I didn’t like.

Nice room, clean and well serviced. We had a lovely room #2902. Housekeeping standards are good.

Insufficient amenities provided in the room. We had to ask for shower caps and an extra tissue box as none placed in the living area. Also, the shower placed in the bathtub is very dangerous to climb in and out as it’s sloping and is a big fall risk for older people having a shower. Also no slip mat provided in the shower. An accident waiting to happen!

It was a better stay than expected in our first time stay at Hyatt House n visit to Mont Kiara. Lots of restaurants n shops around. Would have been great for a MRT there. Roads are usually busy here. Like the little eatery at base of hotel.

We check in 2 hour late ,have to wait till the room was finish cleaning . The staff didnt inform us that the room was ready and then we cant late check out because they over book

Should increase more options for veg breakfast, of course chef was very cooperative & prepared special dish on request. Room was very spacious, I was upgraded to suit room & had all amenities like dish washer, micro wave, freeze, tea & coffee making machine, induction with utensils.

In the middle of Mont Kiara - malls, cafes, restaurants are within walking distance. The residence is spacious and well maintained. Laundary machine and kitchen add convenience. I regard this propoerty as a luxury condo rather than a hotel. Pricing was competitive for a 2-3 days short stay.

Breakfast buffet could have been little better but pricing was inexpensive despite being an international hotel chain. Breakfast restaurant in the lobby floor has great ambience with high ceiling and large windows.

Hyatt House was a spacious, comfortable and practical place to stay at. There was plenty of space in the rooms, and having utilities such as a full size fridge, washing machine and dryer was a great addition. The location was quite useful as the restaurants, pharmacy, shops and grocer was next door. The included breakfast was very inclusive. It was a buffet style breakfast, with a wide variety of international and Asian breakfast foods. Hyatt House is suitable for couples and families. I would stay again.

There was nothing that I disliked about Hyatt House.
