Honestly I have more rave reviews for Hyatt House AFTER our stay. My daughter and I stayed here for a couple days as we were preparing to move out of the country. Hyatt House was lovely, comfortable, and supremely well-located for all the last-minute move items we had to attend to. The staff was kind, the breakfast was tasty, the bed was comfortable, and the view from the pool was spectacular...a perfect end to our stay in Malaysia. All that said, the icing on the cake was indeed after we left. My daughter left her beloved stuffed animal in the room and we only realized this once we were at the airport, prepping for traveling back to the US. The staff at Hyatt House looked for her (the stuffy) and sent pictures as to her well-being. They helped organize transportation back to us and now all is right with the world. I highly recommend staying here.

Nice room, clean and well serviced. We had a lovely room #2902. Housekeeping standards are good.

Insufficient amenities provided in the room. We had to ask for shower caps and an extra tissue box as none placed in the living area. Also, the shower placed in the bathtub is very dangerous to climb in and out as it’s sloping and is a big fall risk for older people having a shower. Also no slip mat provided in the shower. An accident waiting to happen!

In the middle of Mont Kiara - malls, cafes, restaurants are within walking distance. The residence is spacious and well maintained. Laundary machine and kitchen add convenience. I regard this propoerty as a luxury condo rather than a hotel. Pricing was competitive for a 2-3 days short stay.

Breakfast buffet could have been little better but pricing was inexpensive despite being an international hotel chain. Breakfast restaurant in the lobby floor has great ambience with high ceiling and large windows.

Hyatt House was a spacious, comfortable and practical place to stay at. There was plenty of space in the rooms, and having utilities such as a full size fridge, washing machine and dryer was a great addition. The location was quite useful as the restaurants, pharmacy, shops and grocer was next door. The included breakfast was very inclusive. It was a buffet style breakfast, with a wide variety of international and Asian breakfast foods. Hyatt House is suitable for couples and families. I would stay again.

There was nothing that I disliked about Hyatt House.

The location was great 👍🏼 Shops left right and centre barely a stone throw away. For those who value privacy, they can have a self-sufficient stay due to the kitchenette... also no shortage of drinking water supply. The room spacious and comfortable. The toilet in good working order with solid water pressure despite being on the 29th floor. The pull out sofa bed is a definite a plus… Large enough for two that it’s a bit lonely for one 😊

Breakfast was adequate but could certainly be better. Definitely an area that can be further improved. Wish price per night would be somewhat cheaper so that it’s more doable as a home away from home even for KLites who’d like to a weekend of peace and destress…

Breakfast is adequate. The menu does change a bit daily. Location is excellent with the few shopping malls within easy walking distance. A seemingly endless number of eateries to cater to ones' tastes. 3 supermarkets! Outstanding staff: Shazreen at reception; always ready to patiently answer every query

Better enforcement of the hotel rules on masks and gloves during breakfast. I was having breakfast with my wife when a large family group of locals (I know who the locals are as I grew up in Malaysia) came in unmasked and was talking over the food on display. The staff did nothing. We left as soon as possible. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt House

Big apartments with comfortable beds, clean with all facilities close to a 5 star hotel. Staff are very helpful and location is near Mont Kiara shopping centres thus there is many food options. Highly recommended for family travels. Breakfast is delicious too.

It maybe far from KLCC for some travelers but we did not go into the city much this it did not bother us.

Walking distance to Shopping mall and restaurant. Staff are nice and helpful, they upgrade my room. 😁

Not much. Busy area and busy roads and some rooms are in good condition and some are not so good. Stayed many times here, previous visit room was clean this time was a bit bad but still manageable.

It was very nice room with reasonable price. Much bigger than my expectation include Bed, Kitchen etc. It was very convenient to use laundry machine with very cheap cost. Location of hotel is super nice, and there are so many nice restaurant around the hotel. It was good memory for me.

Nothing special It wasn't easy to understand how to use Coffee Machine in the breakfast. But over all good

Great staff service and large size of the room was a bonus.

The music along the corridor was too loud for me and being a very light sleeper, it affected my sleep both in the morning and at night. I had feedback to the staff on my 1st day but the music was still too loud upon my return.
