The best hotel apartment I‘ve ever been! The staffs are nice, the room service is daily, also they provided us with a bottle of water in their bag daily! We got extra coffees and toiletries during our stay. Swimming pool has a view facing KLCC, KL Tower and Merdeka 118 from far. Supermarkets and kedai mamak are just a few minutes away by foot. The only sad thing js only the sound of cars passing by. You can hear the sound loudly. But the hotel did provided us with earplugs . But that’s not a big problem. Will definitely staying here again in the future! Please keep up the great service 🫶🏻🤍

The room is huge with good lighting. Its clean and the staff are very helpful. Its right in front of the food court and theres a lot of food joints nearby too. Check in and check out is easy.

The entrance is quite confusing. U need to go down, find parking, find elevator to go to G, take another one to go to the top floor where the check in takes place. Its quite tiring if u have a lot of bags so u might want to leave the bag and take them after checking in. U can get access directly to the carpark once u have check in. No need to change lift.

The service provided by the staff was really satisfying and commendable! The receptionists were really accomodating, assisted in the inquiries and requests I made. Housekeeping provided new towels each morning for each day I stayed, surprised to find the towels sitting outside even when that one day I forgot to ask.

I wish there was a stove in the room so cooking was possible but nonetheless, everything else was great!

Excellent location in commercial high end suburban North of KL, Sri Hartamas- known for vibrant nightlife, niche restaurants, bars popular with expats and local eateries. Infinity Swimming pool at rooftop with breaktaking skyline city view of KL Check in and out process was swift. Courteous and friendly staff

Slow lifts. Absence of carpets in suite. Aircond in living room needs servicing Awkward position for built in microwave at pantry

Location. A stone throw away from amenities, eateries, bar, pubs and even a fuel station. This establishment is suited for travellers who rented a car like myself because guest parking lots in the basement are allocated close to lifts. Studio apartment type room with ample furnishing for laptop use.

Room: spacious, clean. Have tvs in the living hall and also in the room. Although it's located in front of the elevator, but no background noise was heard. Room was quiet. Toiletries: complete, everything was prepared. Location: very nice, easy access to shops and supermarket, nearby food court Check-in process: prompt and easy

1. Our room was located in front of the elevator. When the elevator opens, we can immediately see our room door. Felt a bit uncomfortable when got visitors waiting in front of the elevator while we enter/exit our room. 2. Toilet: the only downside that it's small. 3. The road access to the parking and lobby is a tad narrow so please expect a short jammed in front of the lobby because there are visitors who wants to drop off and those who wants to enter/exit the parking lot. nevertheless, the guards are there to ease the traffic.

Noisy corridor when kids running or adults laughing while waiting for lift. Lift a bit confuse. We help another guest where to gonfor lobby and how they should use the lift. Small matter ✌🏼

My room was facing the gas station / Hartamas side so noise from the highway is not noticeable aside from the occasional loud modified vehicle zooming past. Complimentary earplugs provided. 2 TVs with a few satellite channels. As described, room came with a kitchenette but what exceeded my expectations was that a full set of tableware including wine glasses and bottle opener, dish soap, drying rack was provided too. Overall impressed with the room facilities. Housekeeping team is consistent daily and efficient. When I opt for "do not disturb", they still left bottled drinking water at my door daily and even gave me a set of shampoo/bath gel on 4th day without me asking. Really appreciate this extra thought which I've never experienced from other hotels. Plenty of food options within walking distance and even street food vendors. Two small malls across the street with supermarkets - there is a ground floor shortcut to get to the road crossing to Mont Kiara side which you can use room card to access. No nearby attractions though, you should need a car or ride-hailing service to get around beyond this area. Overall a really enjoyable staycation for me. Please keep up the good work!

Wi-fi is weak and intermittent. Good enough for simple browsing with a little patience but not for work (couldn't download emails).

Room and toilet well clean. We like the location, easy to town.

the first room at 2nd floor the air conditioner was not cool. We did inform your staff and they send room service guy and change another room at 7th. We were quite happy as they change to a bigger room. But middle of the night the air conditioner make a loud noise. And we have to off one of the air conditioner.

It is a studio apartment with good facilities... You can just walk to many cafe or restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly. Parking is available with easy access.

There are no signage to guide you that the reception for check in is at the upper level & the parking is at basement. I suggest a proper signage should be put at the bag drop off area.
