The room interior design was good and impressive. The artisan black diamond room design is excellent.

Some curtains need to be replacement. Curtain color was already faded and the railing was stuck. Not much of choices for the breakfast.

great drinks at the bar, beautiful design of the whole hotel and friendly & helpful staff.

It's a bit far away from the city center (about 15 min. by car). There is always a lot of people taking photos of the facilities and themselfes, which is kind of understandable but can also be a bit annoying when you just want to enjoy a drink at the bar.

Extraordinary building. Gorgeous in a completely over the top eccentric way. Very comfortable bed and spacious shower. Staff were plentiful and unfailingly charming and helpful with good english. Handy places to eat and convenience store dowmstairs.

Not a handy location for walking anywhere. Fast busy roads. Will need a taxi to get to explore, but taxis are cheap - install the Grab app. Decaff coffee and gluten free doesnt seem to have made it to KL generally. Breakfast choices not all available as others have said, but wasnt a problem, still plenty to choose from. No hotel information in the room.

- Customer service were prompt in replying text & calls - Staff from bellboy, servers & reception were very friendly, polite & helpful - Lvl 66 reception & cafe area decorated tastefully - Room were clean & spotless - Ample toiletries given - The room fixtures & fittings were very lovely - Iron & board were available upon request - Breakfast mains were prepared beautifully - Plenty parking spaces. Free parking. - Mart available downstairs for snacks, drinks, toiletries etc - Nice view of the skyscrapers from the 57th floor

- TV remote in the room were spoilt - No free to air channels - Having problems with chiller for medication storage - Breakfast mains need to choose from the menu with only 4 choices - No fork & spoon available in the room

The hotel is so beautiful it actually spoiled me in how i look at hotel rooms. Comfy bed, great facilities

The staff can be a bit more welcoming. The security guard at the pool started hounding our party that we needed to wear swimming attire to get into the pool, which we were, but he started his rant before we took off the overalls. Also, after explaining, he did apologize, and i also asked him of other people who were in the pool who weren't wearing swim attire, to which he said he didn't see." Unless he was blind i dont know how that was possible. Simply trying to flex his "security guard authority." Then the waiter who served us Breakfast. He was so stuck up and downright rude, ruined the perfectly fine hotel and though it's a beautiful hotel I'll never consider coming back, ever

Gorgeous room, very impressive.

Only problem is the second room did not have a closet. Only in the master room. Thats really strange for a hotel. Parking was inconvenient, lifts were slow and hot, very hot. Imagine a slow lift thats hot making its way to the 60th floor. You had to take a lift from the carpark to the ground floor, take another lift to the lobby and then take another lift to your room. On one occasion I spent 30mins travelling up and down as I forgot something.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a great variety that catered well to younger kids. However, on the mornings when breakfast was served from the menu, it didn’t quite meet the children's expectations due to the limited options.

The lifts were definitely an issue at times, with so many guests coming and going. Since the main area (Reception/Dining) is on Level 66, wait times for the lifts ranged anywhere from one to five minutes. The dinner menu also did not cater for the young ones, however a bar menu was provided with more child friendly options

It js so beautiful and it looks exactly like the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was spotless. The rooms were clean and staff were helpful. The breakfast was great (not sure why on the previous reviews people were complaining about). You can feel the French touch with the decoration as well as their breakfast ! I think one of the best and cleanest hotel of KL with an amazing view. It is also very close to Batu Caves (less than 20min with a taxi).

Nothing really. It is a bit far from the city centre however you can book a taxi. We booked this place as last place to stay during our trip so the majority of the things we wanted to see which were close to the city centre have been done prior check in.

The property was located near a mall which had some good shopping options and eating options. Grab service worked thru out for the food delivery and commutation. Hotel itself had a great ambience and beautiful artistic vibes. Staffs were very pleasant and helpful. We were in 57th floor and the view outside the window was a sight to reckon. It was very good to watch the blinking lights and sleep at night.

Not many options for breakfast. Of course it’s a bit costly for those who are looking for a budget-friendly hotel. But the look of the hotel and the rooms would make up for the price involved.
