The room interior design was good and impressive. The artisan black diamond room design is excellent.

Some curtains need to be replacement. Curtain color was already faded and the railing was stuck. Not much of choices for the breakfast.

Extraordinary building. Gorgeous in a completely over the top eccentric way. Very comfortable bed and spacious shower. Staff were plentiful and unfailingly charming and helpful with good english. Handy places to eat and convenience store dowmstairs.

Not a handy location for walking anywhere. Fast busy roads. Will need a taxi to get to explore, but taxis are cheap - install the Grab app. Decaff coffee and gluten free doesnt seem to have made it to KL generally. Breakfast choices not all available as others have said, but wasnt a problem, still plenty to choose from. No hotel information in the room.

great drinks at the bar, beautiful design of the whole hotel and friendly & helpful staff.

It's a bit far away from the city center (about 15 min. by car). There is always a lot of people taking photos of the facilities and themselfes, which is kind of understandable but can also be a bit annoying when you just want to enjoy a drink at the bar.

Gorgeous room, very impressive.

Only problem is the second room did not have a closet. Only in the master room. Thats really strange for a hotel. Parking was inconvenient, lifts were slow and hot, very hot. Imagine a slow lift thats hot making its way to the 60th floor. You had to take a lift from the carpark to the ground floor, take another lift to the lobby and then take another lift to your room. On one occasion I spent 30mins travelling up and down as I forgot something.

The hotel is so beautiful it actually spoiled me in how i look at hotel rooms. Comfy bed, great facilities

The staff can be a bit more welcoming. The security guard at the pool started hounding our party that we needed to wear swimming attire to get into the pool, which we were, but he started his rant before we took off the overalls. Also, after explaining, he did apologize, and i also asked him of other people who were in the pool who weren't wearing swim attire, to which he said he didn't see." Unless he was blind i dont know how that was possible. Simply trying to flex his "security guard authority." Then the waiter who served us Breakfast. He was so stuck up and downright rude, ruined the perfectly fine hotel and though it's a beautiful hotel I'll never consider coming back, ever

the decor is superb. it has a class on its own. feels like im in one of the château in France. i love it!!

few things need improvements. 1 - need to provide keycards more than 1 per room esp when there are more than 2 people in a room. 2 - provide a betta quality of toilet rolls - not the worst recycling paper! 3 - have sufficient towels for guests. you dont expect your guests to reuse the same towels for 2 days. u shud not be running out of towels. expect 4 persons to share 2/3 towels. 4 - room is nice, classy. but Aircon is very noisy. noisier than a person snores beside u. 5 - breakfast shud be more than 1 hr. at least 1.5 to 2hrs. dont expect ur guests to gobble down the food esp when theres children to attend to.

the hotel is beautiful, unexpected, very nice. you feel like loud XIV. the bar and restaurant are beyond beautiful. the tv on the room had movies for all to love. it’s missing on a few details. why is the room beautiful but are the the cables of the tv not hidden and annoying visible. why is the breakfast bread and croissant heated up in the microwave?? this makes the breakfast bad and sloppy. so again beautiful but kissing on details

The receiptionist didn’t inform us regarding prior booking for breakfast session. We got calls in the morning saying that the breakfast was fully booked when we don’t have any idea it needs to be pre-book first. Thankfully, we managed to slot in last minute! The food selection & offer for breakfast are not that plentiful. You’re only left with 2 options per person

Liked the room and atmosphere

I hated the fact when you arrive there is no one to greet you or take your luggage I really think they should have a door men at the front not go up to level 66 to tell them send a someone to take the bags from ground level
