Location is great, so many places to eat or find something to drink within a 3 minute walking radius. Also a few pharmacies and general stores very close. The property is amazing, very spacious room, fast elevators, excellent amenities. Majority of issues brought up in negative reviews were handled or not present in our stay. No smells and bathroom was clean, water heater power switch was labeled and explained how long it takes for water to heat up, washer worked absolutely fine, and kitchen was stocked enough for two people to have a meal. Really liked the dual AC in the room making it very comfortable. The pool on the 8th floor is a real highlight of the property but the gym also is a nice addition on floor 30. Front desk operation hour are also posted in the lobby.

Only thing I didn't like was it was kind of loud due to a new building being constructed a couple streets away and they would start up fairly early banging stuff around. Really no fault of the property but something to be aware of as I feel maybe the sound insulation could be better. Maybe thicker windows and curtains to block outside noise.

The host takes too long to reply for checking in and checking out. The deposit was paid via debit card as they don't accept cash. The refund processing time is too long (12-14days) which is too long for one day stay. Is the deposit for damage or short term trading? Hope the management can do something about it.

I had the most amazing experience during my stay at Societe Sri Hartamas! The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and cafes. The airbnb was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, making it feel like a home away from home. The amenities was top-notch, from the comfortable bed to the well-equipped kitchen. I highly recommend this airbnb to anyone visiting Desa Sri Hartamas/ Kuala Lumpur. It is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and explore the vibrant city. Lovely room, exactly as advertised. Friendly, helpful concierge. Pool and gym facilities were excellent and met all my requirements. Great location with a lot of food choices, especially Japanese and Korean.

Room had a light smokers smell on arrival so had to open the window a few days to remove. Bed sheet had a dirt mark.

Great facilities, gym was great. Pool was nice. Room is just nice for 1-2 adults. Complete amenities to. Usually serviced apartment like this don't come with reception. Will definitely stay again. Location is great. Plenty of eateries nearby, I end up just walking around the area. Parking in the building is plenty and easy.

Consider providing more drinking water

The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The facilities are superb. There's an indoor playground too, safe for the kids to play around while we are enjoying our swimming time. A new cafe is opening up, we can try it on our next visit.

Busy streets and heavy traffic. we drive a huge mpv so the parking lot was quite challenging too.

Well located. Easy accessibility to a lot of dining options. Comfortable clean up to date facilities. Friendly and efficient front desk staffs. Good parking space. Good value for the money spent.
