The room is cozy, the pool n kids club is superb and kids-friendly. The breakfast have variety of food and the staff service at restaurant is very friendly and helpful. The cake for birthday as request is provided accordingly.

Theres no lift at the multi-storey parking. No bidet at the toilet at least one in the room. Have to make buggy service time table for reference n on time even when have event. Receptionist didnt explain about validating parking if you want to go out along the stay.

The location is away from the hustle and bustle of the city but quite convenient for travel to most locations of interest in KL. The hotel is well managed; the restaurants are nice and the overall ambience is very hospitable. The bfast offers a varied spread although the quality of food can be improved.

During our recent short stay at M Resort & Hotel Kuala Lumpur we had an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were very helpful. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the comfortable beds to the immaculate cleanliness. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the outstanding service provided by Mr.Suraj at the reception & Mr.Kana in the restaurant. Mr.Suraj’s warm and friendly demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our entire stay. He was always available to assist with any request or inquiry. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant was very good. The culinary experience was further enhanced by the attentive service provided by Mr.Kana. His knowledge of the menu, coupled with their friendly recommendations, made our dining experience truly memorable. WE also comment on the service of Faez and Hema at the restaurant. Overall, our stay at M Resort & Hotel Kuala Lumpurwas very.. good. We highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable experience.

Breakfast was varied and plentiful to many cultural cuisine preferences; a very good self-served selection. They do need more coffee machines however or a Barista. The hotel has plentiful, generally welcoming staff. The room was of a good size and quality build.

My evening meal of Beef Rendang was probablty the worst meal I had for my entire holiday to Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. My preferred non-alcoholic drink, Mango detox juice could not be made as they did not have the ingredients in the kitchen, so I chose a chocolate milkshake which was very good - after it took two reminders to staff to provide me with my drink; I only received it half way through my meal - the Restaurant Manager actually did not charge me for it in the end without prompting.

A very nice stay, which is expected for the price you pay. Breakfast was poor as it was pretty much the same food all 6 days of our stay! With 1 or 2 dishes which were changed. The gym is nice, would be good to include a barbell rack. The sauna and stream room are good when working. Few days of our stay, it was closed. Room service and cleaning of the room was good, but I couldn't understand why they kept rearranging the room. We move the bedside menu and pencil pad because we dont need it! We move a chair because we need space. Every time we came back, we had to move everything again for our comfort. AC unit didn't really get the room lower than 20° which was strange! The location is not great, a good 15 minute walk from the closest metro station, which is Phileo Damansara, on the MRT line. On the last day, a guest told us of a very short cut to the station, which reduced the walk by 10 mins to the station. Some of the staff were great, very helpful and joyful, some were very annoying as they wouldn't allow you to vape outside! I'm not talking plumes of smoke or a cigarette. A vape that smells sweet and doesn't damage anything. The bed was comfortable and spacious, and the bathroom was very nice.

I like the overall look & feel of the hotel. It's like a nice getaway from town. It's easy to navigate and convenient to navigate around the hotel. The breakfast buffet spread was satisfactory. The room is comfortable and cozy.

The receptionist or staff didn't brief us fully on essential privileges for superior king room especially on the parking and room amenities. There was also a mis-information where we were asked to get the room service menu from the restaurant, but we found out from the restaurant crew that the menu is in the TV. We only found out that parking needs to be validated during check-out or when we want to exit the hotel - which we were not told when I checked out. It was not a busy period, as check-out was quite quick and smooth.

Location

We were staying in the executive rooms. We are a family of 6 and had three rooms to us. No one told us on check in that the minibar was complementary for the type of room we were staying in. There is only one restaurant in the entire resort and can be absolutely heaving. We were on the 8th floor and the corridor leading to our rooms smelled horribly. The room decor is nice but the toilet is all see through and there is not enough privacy. It hosts a lot of events and parties and the place can get very busy. The gym was very hot. I wouldn't recommend it for families.

I had a wonderful stay at KL M Resort & Hotel! The hotel itself looks beautiful, with a well-maintained and inviting ambiance. One of the highlights for me was the excellent facilities for kids—the swimming pool and kids' club were fantastic, keeping the little ones entertained throughout our stay. The staff were warm and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. I also truly appreciated how accommodating they were when I requested for all our rooms to be nearby or side by side—it made things so much more convenient for us. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families. Looking forward to staying here again!

A to Z, everything was amazing! From the moment we arrived, the check-in was smooth and the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Big thanks for the birthday cake delivery—it really made our day! The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully designed. I love the bathtub with a view—definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Plus, the mirrors in the room were such a bonus for me as a content creator. They made filming and taking photos so much easier! Only thing that made me a bit sad was the steam room being under maintenance. Hopefully next time it’ll be up and running—and maybe the sauna & steam room hours can be extended a bit longer too? But overall, it was an unforgettable stay. 10/10 from me. Will definitely come again!
