Check-in process was flawless despite it being a last minute check-in (we booked at almost 4pm and checked in around 5pm). Room was very clean. Location opposite Jaya One made it easy to get food and there's a supermarket just opposite. Place was much quieter than I expected as well since there are a few pubs opposite and it being a Saturday night. There's a fridge, induction/ceramic cooker, cutlery, toilet rolls, plastic bags, dryer/washing machine, kettle jug. Host was very kind and waived reparations even though we broke a wine glass.

Found the beds a bit soft, but I am used to hard beds.

The unit was clean and comfortable with sufficient amenities. It was clutter free with the right furniture and we liked it. The staff was very polite and kept in touch with us throughout our stay, asking if we need any assistance. We were given clear step by step instructions for self check-in.

View from living and upper level is actually the parking lot, we had to close the curtain most of the time for privacy. If you don’t spend much time in the unit except for sleeping, probably this wouldn’t be a bother at all.

The homestay is equipped with various facilities and equipment such as Netflix, fast wifi, washing machine included detergent & softener, microwave and induction cooker. All rooms have aircond and fan. Both bathrooms also have water heater.

This homestay prepared two units parking (tandem parking) for guests which actually quiet satisfied cause other apartment usually only have one parking lot. The cons is the parking level was on level 7 which is second last parking level. So high and take time to reach on.

Very convenient location with restaurants and shops close by. Host was very helpful prior, during my stay with proactive messages and prompt replies. My family had a wonderful stay at this unique apartment, fully equipped with key essentials and had easy access to the swimming pool much enjoyed by my children.

Minor suggestion is to include a slip mat in the shower room due to slippery floor after shower.

i stayed here twice. the room was great. i like how clean it is, the facilities it has in the room and the host was really really helpful too. check in procedure was easy and clear. the location is even better, jaya one is just infront of the pacific tower👌. totally recommended

The pool is conveniently located on the same floor as the unit. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, and the mattress is spotlessly clean. I particularly appreciate the thin yet highly absorbent towels. Love them!

The elevator is quite a distance away. The assigned parking area feels somewhat secluded, which can be a bit unsettling for a woman alone with a child. However, the unit itself was flawless, and I have no complaints whatsoever.

Great location for food and shopping. High floor with lovely view. Landlady was very communicative and responded quickly to messages. She even arranged for help to start up our car when the battery went flat when checking out. Clean apartment. Highly recommended!

No shower screen so bathroom floors get wet but there was a floor squeegee provided.

Very comfortable unit with good facilities including washing machine, microwave, small kitchen, smart TV. Great location very close to jaya one complex which has many restaurants, shops and a climbing wall. Great contact with the staff taking care of our comfort.

No bedside lamp besides that everything fine.

Overall hospitality was very impressive, prompt response to every queries was something that really amazed us. The place is very clean, locker system and swimming pool was also right at the point. Rooms were smaller than we expected.

The pillow. Very flat. Maybe chould have 2 more pillows so that custoner can adjust the height according to their needs.
