The bed was comfy. The view was really nice. The pool was great

The bathroom smell since the building drainage system was bad. There were tiny cockroaches. There was not a stove or microwave or fridge or knife for cooking purposes. Fan remote and HDMI remote not working so could not watch TV :(

The location is prime, easily accessible to PJ area. The owner provide clear instructions for check in & out. Also provide a free car park.

The condo itself have the drainage issue which cause the room have the smell of drainage. If the management acknowledge it, the stay would be perfect.

Restaurants nearby. Check-in / check-out is easy. Good parking. Location and cleanness. Easy and fast contact to Manatidur to whatsapp. Mr. Tan is very helpful.

Swimming pool maintenance is not good. Broken sunbeds and nails sticking out of the wooden floor. Some kitchen utensils are unusable (frying pan). Other things are missing, such as drinking glasses, kitchen knives, Mob for the bathroom to clean the floor after shower, etc. They provide only one set of keys, which is very inconvenient when the two partners have different appointments.

The staff is responding very fast when any problems arise during check-in. Had an issues where other tenant took extra key which originally belong to my room but staff handle the issues very promptly and professionally. Amazing view just outside the window. Designated parking space is provided by the host which is free.

The neighbours upstairs is quite loud when they don't care about the other tenant which are staying under the same unit. Soundproofing can be improved further.

We spent 2 nights here in January 2024 booked via booking.com with the main purpose to visit family and friends. We landed at KLIA2 Airport and proceeded to the apartment using a rental car. Locating the apartment was relatively easy and straight-forward via the excellent highway networks of the Klang Valley. Check in instructions were provided in advance via a WhatsApp message. Security guards on 24/7 duty were familiar with the required access to the mail room to obtain the apartment keys/hob. Apartment unit 31-11A is very spacious with a separate kitchen area and a wonderful view from the window. Complimentary tea and coffee were supplied. Beds and pillows were firm but comfortable for our liking. Wifi speed was excellent. The bonus was the proximity to the ever-popular SS2 morning and night markets and food shops.

The only drawback was the design of the bathroom where the water flowed across the floor to the drainage port behind the toilet cistern. This make the floor wet and slippery after the shower is used. An additional full-length mirror outside the bathroom would have been a bonus. The shared hall for access to units A and B may be disconcerting for some people but it did not bother us as there was another door with different key access to each individual unit.

Self check in with quite clear and straightforward written instructions + video. Great location with plenty restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Host also brought new mugs when we could only find 1 in the kitchen.

Booked the family apartment for 5 and was happy property host agreed to give 2 parking spots. At check in day had issues with one access card. Struggled with the security to activate the second card for parking, but otherwise no major problem.

Lovely apartment with comfortable beds, good kitchenette and air-conditioning. Apartment was also clean and was able to use the pool. Great location with easy access to food and Grab taxi services.

Would have benefitted from some bedside lights. TV was problematic to use to access our Netflix account.

The host was very helpful and giving us clear instructions for self check-in and self check-out prior to our arrival date. Upon check-in, the unit was clean. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay :) we accidentally left a tablet in the unit after check-out, and the host is kind enough to help us keep the item safe until we collect it back from him again.

Our stay is almost perfect except for 1 thing, the security who was on shift during my check-in (17th Nov 2023, around 630pm). I don't know what he went through before he met me, but he was being VERY rude to me. I don't usually give a bad reviews for anything, but this security guard, he literally rolls his eyes in front of me when I asked him 1 question. It was my first time in the building, the way he answer my question (his tone) as if he assumed we had to know about the building very well. Very very poor front desk service level from him. . But I understand this is not under the control of the host, the security is most likely under the building's management. Luckily I don't have to deal with the security again during my check-out.

Almost fully equipped for a good stay. Clean place. Good location and near food eateries. We loved the huge windows and the scenic view from the room as well as, the pool. The full size fridge was more than adequate for our drinks and foodstuff. The host provided laundry detergent, dishwasher liquid, handwash, shower and shampoo.

Main door keypad lock not user friendly. Unable to open door and try a few times for it to work the first time. Host has to give another code to use and have to wait for another few minutes for activation. Bath towel too small for ladies to use outside the shower, Pool towel was not provided and leaves were seen floating on the water surface. TV viewing was quite difficult because of the glare in the daytime.

I liked the location which was exactly where we needed to be . Also liked most of the facilities in the room . The host was exceptional when we had problems and they were very responsive .

There was a lot of dust probably due to the location close to traffic . The cleaning crew need to do a more detailed cleaning after the previous occupants leave . It would be nice to have a safe in the apartments and comfier living room sofas 😁
