Location was great, though not really walkable to TTDI shops. Bed and pillows were really comfortable for me. Room was spacious enough for me to pray with my son. Well-lit room.

Lift was pretty slow, and one of the lifts - you can't see the display screen showing at which level you are currently on. The lift to rooms seem accessible to outsiders. There was no scanning of keys required to get to the rooms so that was a bit of a concern.

The room was comfy. I really liked the table that can be rolled to the bed.

Parking. Paid RM25 for a day's parking. You need to repark the car after 6pm to get a cheaper rate. Wouldn't have booked the room if knew earlier no free parking.

Location is peak, can get to anywhere as the MRT is nearby. Breakfast provided is satisfiable with free flow coffee and bread but take note it’s one nasi lemak/one roti canaj per person.

The water must be gotten from room service. If slept in during the day and skipped room service, will be hard to collect at counter.

It was definitely comfortable living at the hotel, all the things I needed were there. The hotel was the closest hotel to Optimax TTDI that I can find which was only a 10 to 15 minute walk. The MRT station was also just right behind the hotel which was very convenient. Soundproofing was good as I didn't even notice the sound of the MRT passing by.

Everything looks clean except for one part... I don't know what happen but they use bandage instead of tape to tape the notice paper on the door... That was really a shock for me which I don't like cuz it doesn't feel sanitary to do that... But other than that, everything was good. The view from our window was also bad as it was exactly facing a graveyard.

Took the queen with windows room, receptionist was friendly and helpful, room is clean and functional. For those driving your own car, paid parking is available on site and the rates vary depending on the days and times. I went in on a public holiday where parking was free. The hotel lifts are functional and one may have to be patient with it, as it took a while before opening.

Simple, clean and 5 mins walk to the train station.

Not too much on the property, more to the lack of supper place around the property. Need to take transport or take a 20 mins walk to Uptown Damansara for night options.

Staff members are very accommodating and friendly

Only provide us coffee and bread for breakfast which compared to the others is quite unsatisfying

Pillows are too soft for my liking. Breakfast is decent but would have been better if they serve eggs or beans at least.

Suggest the shower area and toilet to upgrade or separate it with a shower panel or at least a curtain, as it is very traditional, and after showering the whole toilet bowl and basin area are so wet. Other than this the room and staffs are good and friendly. Bed is comfortable. Thank you.
