Good location, safe surroundings. I chose it as it is close to 1Utama Shopping Mall. After a long day, me and my kids can easily go downstairs restaurant to have our dinner. I booked a Family Superior, it's a little small and crowded for 3 people but we managed. The staff's are very professional and helpful. The breakfast provided by the hotel are decent and taste good. There's a lounge and the lobby and they provide coffee or teh tarik. I enjoyed their teh tarik 😍. Everything is clean... we had a comfortable stay.

It's for the maintenance.. the water tap runs too small and too slow.. the toilet pipe water were leaking.

One Avenue is always the best budget hotel I've stayed, price is so competitive that makes me keep coming back across the years. Provides buffet breakfast, eat all you can and there's a basement car park with gate, CCTVs in the car park, value for money.

The hotel has been operating for years, it's time for the management to look into facelift their hotel rooms, some of the unit condition requires new painting as the painting starts peeling off. Tiles in the toilets are aging too, is good to be refurbished to maintain their facilities.

The property was clean, decent facilities yet complete. Got towel, small fridge, complementaries (water), kettle, tv, hanger, even ironing facilities in the common area. Got to say the pillows were good. The hot water & water pressure was amazing.

Definitely not soundproof but it was not a big deal for a short night stay. The parking is limited but if you're here by grab/taxi should not be a problem.

1)Room security not secured - Someone is trying to turn the door knob and knocking at the door during midnight. 2)Breakfast serving is almost the same menu everyday. 3)low water pressure.

Room is very clean, no cigarette smell. No foul odor from bed sheets and towels. Toilet is clean, water pressure is good. Hot water available. Hot water can be VERY hot, so please take caution when using it. Toiletries included toothbrush and paste, a comb, and 2 in 1 shampoo/soap dispenser. Bring your own if u have preferences. There's no praying mat available. Our room is on 4th floor, and it's quiet enough. AC is working good and cool. Kettle and some tea/coffee provided. There's water dispenser outside in the hallway if you need. Hotel has lift.

Sadly, breakfast is so-so. 😄

Thoroughly impressed with the service of the counter staff, especially Erika. She was very professional with a personal touch, polite and friendly. The rooms are also very clean and towels were clean as well, without stain. I enjoyed the daily free breakfast, super tasty with daily change of menu, and I love the tea! :) The location is fantastic as well, just 5 min grab ride/drive to 1 Utama mall. That mall is super big and has everything under the sun! If you're hungry, can try the prata stall just down below the hotel! I also tried the satays (available at night). Super yummy! :)

The fridge inside the room is not cold despite changing it.

The hotel internal deco is much nicer than external looks! There’s everything a traveller needs inside the room and also includes a simple but nice breakfast in the morning! Other than needing a room card to open common corridor to our room, the other impressive secured feature is how the car park is protected with proper gates from uninvited guests. My family enjoyed our stay!

Simple breakfast buffet style, quite nice got fried rice, noodles and toast bread. Got private parking. Room comfortable with TV. Got coffee/ tea machine at lobby operating 24 hours. Got plenty of hooks and hangers in the room. Got water filter on every floor

Air conditioning netting is dirty. When walked in out from elevator can smell cigarette smell in the room and hallway leading to the room. The shower drain pipe metal a bit crooked quite dangerous when showering can cut feet
