Very clean, comfortable and has a modern touch. The owner was very responsive with my inquiries and accommodative in my requests. I would recommend my friends to stay here.

I think the toilet floor tiles are not suitable as they are smooth and can be slippery when wet. However, the toilet and bathroom seems newly renovated and nice because its spacious, with 2 sinks. The shower door needs fixing though.

The communication and response were super good and prompt. The cleanliness is remarkable. However we got room was 2A and it was very warm (probably facing East-West) especially in the day and even in the night

The aircon was not cold enough, quite uncomfortable for us. Also if you have many bags or heavy luggage, you have to lug them up a flight of stairs. That can be difficult for some people.

The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and safe, the room is clean, and although it's a shared bathroom with another room (suitable for sharing with a friend), it's recommended to be mindful of potentially inconsiderate or rude strangers who can occupy next door room.

Tricky to enter the guards gate on Grab taxi. Sometimes they refused to allow the car to drive in! We had to walk another 8min to the house. They request the drivers ID details if you get a ride with a local friends.

Well it's not my first time stay at grayhaus...always gives best facilities...we can see many guesthouse but this one really really best ever for me...the surroundings also so quite and calm relaxing too...last time I were at ground floor room but this time I get 1st floor room...interior perfect everything was good...ill rate 5 🌟 for this..will come back againnnn....

Local ambiance. Quiet neighborhood. Spacy, comfortable room. Good A/C and electric fan. Easy to check in and out. Very helpful chat to support from Airport and around the city.

I’ve been here a couple of times, it is a bit out of the centre of KL but I actually prefer that a bit, it’s tranquil and you get a lot more privacy for what you’d pay for the same price in the centre.

It was very clean and value for money

There is very/ hardly any contact with hosts. This place is fine if you know your way around KL. it is in a residential area so you have to know what to do to get a taxi etc, there is no one available to help or ask information from like you would in a hotel.

The admin Staff Ms Chan walked the extra mile to ensure my booking was effortless . That day I lost my dad and she was very compassionate to allow me to do to proceed to book even without my guests my sejahtera status . I was booking for my aunt and uncle who traveled from Johor to pay their Kat respect to my dad . It’s people like Ms Chan who made the world a much better place . Her kindness and efficiency is greatly appreciated .

The room was clean and comfortable.

Limited car park but it’s still manageable. There’s a park nearby for you to park your car.

the instructions were very clear during self check-in and check out through WhatsApp.

Bed is ok but the bedsheets was not , can see little stain.
